Deville & Spa

We had a great stay at Deville & SPA Hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent — the staff were accommodating and even made special adjustments for my son. The meat was cooked to perfection, and the fish we shared was outstanding.

Everything was great overall, except for some occasional construction noise early in the morning. The AC wasn’t working during our stay, but opening the windows kept the room pleasant.

The hotel is new and comfortable. The location is good for explore the lake Garda. The wellness center is a great extra. The restaurant is good.

There is no cooling AC till May.

Everything, but mostly the spa area was beautiful. The fact you can have your breakfast, lunch and dinner while watching the Garda Lake was gorgeous.

Everything is amazing . Everything is fusion. Equipment and service on the high level. We were surprised of our welcoming and best place for celebrating our anniversary . Nice place and really perfect hotel. Thank you so much !!!!

Pleasant hotel, beautiful view, really rich breakfast. Friendly staff. The rooms are clean, spacious and beautiful.

The sauna is only open until 7 o'clock in the evening.

Spa opening time is limited. Access time for lunch is limited.

From arriving all the staff were so very friendly and helpful. The hotel was intimate, well run, spotless and very comfortable. There is a lovely spa and a great beautician and masseuse. The food throughout the day is delicious and the chefs dinner in the evening for us was exceptional.

We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary which the hotel k ew about and kindly laid on flowers I had ordered. What would have been nice was for them to recognise the occasion for us with maybe some chocolates in the room or a local bottle of wine. This in no way affects the wonderful time we had there but if a hotel wants to be the best it is the little things that count.

A good location slightly further away than expected, but the hotel provided transport to and from Lake Garda. The service was great and spa facilities were excellent. Our dogs were allowed near the pool by the side of the bar.

My newlywed husband and I stayed here during our Honeymoon. It was the first stop on our trip and we were both absolutely amazed by the hospitality of Deville Hotel. We stayed in the Suite, which had a separate Lounge and Bedroom, a large bathroom and a wrap around balcony with views over Lake Garda! The decor of the room as well as the hotel throughout was outstanding!! I particularly liked the Green and Black tones in our apartment and the Balcony had loungers and a sun shade to relax on. The hotel has a Spa which was one of the best I have ever used, and the pool and surrounding grounds were superb. We love to enjoy Food, and I can confidently say The Bistro restaurant was exceptional. Omar and the team delivered the sort of service you see in movies. Omar recommended wines for us both nights and we experienced all 4 courses, and the amuse-bouche they served up before our starter and before desert was a delight.This was indeed a luxurious experience and we're glad we got to try it twice! Lastly, those that stay can experience a traditional Italian aperetivo, after a hard day enjoying the hotel or the lake, as the evening cools down. Deville Hotel and the team there certainly kicked our honeymoon off in style and if I'm frank, it will be next to impossible to surpass this hotel experience during the remainder of the honeymoon!! That we only had three nights, wish we could have stayed longer!

Lots to like about this hotel...Very good location for touring Lake Garda if you have a car and parking is free.The facilities are excellent. The pool area and spa are nice. The breakfast has a great selection of foods and restaurant is of a high quality. The room and terrace was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

A few things to note.The aircon did not work for our 4 night stay and when we enquired about this we were bluntly told it did not work in any rooms. An explanation before we checked in would have been appreciated.Over the bed is the smoke alarm which flashes a green light. At night this is very distracting and awful for anyone who has difficulty sleeping. The staff in the restaurant, spa and cleaning the hotel were all very friendly and helpful but I could not say the same for the reception staff. Apart from the initial check in, not one of them went out of their way to help us or enquire how our stay was going. Some barely looked up from the computer when we passed. For a hotel of this standard, I think this could be improved.

The hotel was very nice and really relaxing. We enjoyed it very much, including the spa area and a beautiful restaurant with an amazing view!

Everything was great, from breakfast to the spa, to the magnificent view and personnel.

We were lucky: our room category had been upgraded, so it was spacious and had a great view of the lake. Breakfast was ok-ish

Unfortunately, the alarm system (I guess fire/smoke detector) on the ceiling has very bright green pulsing light and disturbed us during the night

The friendly staff, luxurious spa, and exceptional healing massage were bonuses, and unbelievably, everything was complimentary. The hotel facilities truly exceeded the standards of a 5-star hotel, with perfection in cleanliness and sophistication. The diverse and top-notch breakfast, along with the impeccable service, made our Christmas vacation unforgettable. Very clean and well maintained. Very nice decoration and furnishings. A modern yet at the same time warm and comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed the scenery when having breakfast. The spa was fabulous. The staff were welcoming and helpful especially the restaurant staff. It was good to have a hotel shuttle bus into Garda even though it was a limited service.

We liked everything!

Everything was just great. The food, the facilities, the service, and even the view.

Excellent accommodation, very attentive and helpful staff. Good food, excellent breakfast with all the items that my family likes the most.In short, excellent hotel & spa.

The only thing that caused me more confusion was getting to the location, the GPS kept sending us to the wrong location. But in this regard I blame the GPS.

It definitely exceeded our expectations. The location is beautiful and new, the spa is super quiet, also the aperitivo at 7 in the evening it was unexpected and awesome! everything was clean, the breakfast was 10/10. we will be back 100% and we'll stay more!

The food and service at the hotel was very good, the restaurant and housekeeping team were very friendly and attentive. We had a fabulous breakfast each morning and had dinner in the restaurant one evening, the food, service were all fantastic.

Our room was perfectly adequate but a little small for a family room. We has a hire car so the location was perfect for us as we had a lovely view of the lake and being in the hills was a bonus for us as around the lake is very busy. Walking to Garda is absolutely possible and downhill all the way but a steep climb back to the hotel on busy switchbacks which would not be ideal especially with children.
