The location, good price, very good breakfast

The water in the pool was cold

I booked this hotel for my mum and her friend as a special 70th birthday trip because the reviews were so good. Firstly, the staff didn't even bother saying happy birthday!!! The rooms are absolutely tiny. We booked a "deluxe room", I hate to think what the standard rooms are like. Twin beds requested but the room was so small that there was no gap, so just 2 single beds touching each other. The "lake view" was just a view of the pool. The walls are paper thin so they didn't get any sleep. Hotel is full of kids and dogs. Breakfast was nice but that's about it. Definitely won't be returning and I would not recommend this hotel if you want even the slightest bit of luxury or good customer service.

The room is newly renovated overlooking the lake with large Balcony. Air conditioning is functional and cooling during the day. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty good

Not the best location which is 25 minutes walk to Bardolino.

Breakfast was good

Room extremely hot and sleep not possible. Air con had been converted to a heater. No fan available. Room was small and poorly equipped. No wardrobe or full size drawer available. Decor that looked lovely on photos was actually dull and overpowering. Walls so thin that you can hear neighbours breathing. We stayed one night and left

Our room was on the top floor with great views of the lake. It was spacious & comfortable & spotlessly clean.Breakfast was delicious with a great choice. The location was about a mile from Bardolino, pleasant 20/25 minute walk around the lake. Friendly, helpful staff.

The weather! Unfortunately we had bad weather on a few days & would have eaten in the hotel at lunchtime/ early evening instead of venturing out but the snack menu was very small & there wasn’t really a comfortable area to sit.

towels changed every day and all very clean . Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful

Pool not so clean

Very impressed with this Hotel. Very clean and the staff were all very helpful. The decor is mind blowing! Everywhere you looked it was amazing! From bowler hat lights to stunning wallpaper even the car on the roof with flowers growing from it! Location was excellent. 2 mins walk to the Lake and you could then have a nice walk either way to Bardalino or Lazise along the Lake. Very quite hotel so slept very well. Pool area was perfect as there are plenty of sun loungers around the pool for everyone. Plenty of parking and they even offer bikes to ride around on. I would definitely book this hotel again.

To be honest I can't fault anything.

The upgrade was unexpected but gratefully received.

Amazing staff, they couldn’t have been more welcoming and facilitating! Really lovely people made me feel at home. The room was very nice and had a premium feel. Pool was amazing too!

We loved how spacious the room was (Junior Suite) for me, my husband and daughter. The views were also great - we were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to the top floor where the views of the lake were beautiful. We also loved the location which was about 7 minute walk from the lake. Being a bit further back from the lake meant we did not hear any of the traffic noise (the road going alongside the lake is always very busy with traffic!), therefore we would relax on our balcony in peace in the mornings and evenings. The breakfast was also great, with a juice maker, and delicious pastries.

Fresh, nice rooms, nice staff, great breakfast and good pool area. Rooms were very nice.

The only two downsides of this hotel are the noise and the beds. We could hear the neighbors talking, walking, and their TVs both above and next to our room. The beds were also very hard and uncomfortable.

Everything, from the helpfulness of the staff. They went out of their way to help us. The look and feel of the hotel and our room. Wonderful view to the lake from our balcony. Last, but not least our dog was welcome, too.

A cart for the luggage, we had A LOT.

Rooms spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast very good indeed and staff helpful and friendly. Very quirky and interesting decor.

Bicycles, Breakfast, Front Desk Staff

Booking.com gave inaccurate advice. Booking assured me of a refund for 18 April, and on that basis alone I bought two extra nights at Ventaglio. I ended up paying all three at a price above season

May be little bit the fact that you can hear your neighbours very well.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay with clean rooms, a delightful surprise of free bikes for exploring, and the highlight was the incredible breakfast. A perfect combination for a memorable experience!

Proximity to Mlake Garda.

It was not actually on the waterfront and we had paid extra for the room with the Lake View.Breakfast could include more hot choices.
