- Room was good. We had a renovated room. Great balcony with view to the montains. The parking lot (garage ). The swimming pool was great not sticky suncream floating and no chemicals. Also hotel gives you towels to use.The walk ally to the Lido Maribello Beach was great and the food at this Beach restaurant (not part of the hotel ) is great and not to expensive. Very nice view of the Garda Lake. Aslo great piazza inside Hotel for relaxing /drinking tea.
Cons -
- The hotel was tired stuck in the 60's/70's.
- The reception desk were not very friendly. One made a rude comment to a family member. May have been having a bad day, but it reflects negatively on the hotel
- The food. We had halfboard. but taste of breakfast and dinner lacks of flavour. No special pastas (meals ) or variations. The bathroom needs upgrade .

It had all the extras-free juice and little candies, entertainment at the pool, a bar, and a grill. You lacked for nothing. You could even rent a bike right there. Parking was convenient too.
The location to the city center, as well as the availability of lounge chairs by the pool. The pool was large and had a restaurant on site. I had a great room with a very comfortable bed and a balcony. The room was very clean, however, the resort overall needs updating.
I was highly disappointed in the quality and freshness of the breakfast food. I arrived early and was handed a key and told to go downstairs to store my own luggage and then return the key. I feel that that is something the staff should be taking care of as a four-star resort. Also, I feel that the pool needs to be scrubbed as there is black mold around the edges .
The hotel staff were amazing!!!We arrived tired, upset because I'd left my phone on the train! The front desk manager Valentina Sim took us on as her mission to try to retrieve my phone! We had "tracker ability" for the phone so between that and her numerous phone calls on Our behalf and submitting the lost and found forms for us, we were able to retrieve the phone the next day!!! Such an incredible show of customer service!!!Add the gorgeous surroundings of the hotel, the pool and hot tub, the easy walk to the ferries, and our stay was perfect!
Nothing!
Great location- 10 minute walk from city center, Lenotti Cellars 3 minute walk, beach across the street!
The pool , the lido next to lake . Close walk to restaurants .
There was no air con in the room . Due to time of year ? It’s April 28 th
Location was good.
Hotel was very "tired". Definitely not 4 star. The room was too hot and we were unable to turn heating down or adjust air con at all. Windows didn't open properly to let air in. Bathroom had a constant smell of urine. The electric in room was very dodgy, if you used plugs by bed it would cause the lights to flicker on and off. The kettle didn't work, the TV didn't work, the fridge was getting hot by day 3....We stayed a week yet housekeeping didn't fill our coffee pods till last day (not great as kettle didn't work and the coffee machine was only way to get coffee)Room was very worn and dusty, good deep clean wouldn't go amiss.....Only one pillow each and they were horrendous....Breakfast was ok but not great. Juices were terrible and the children struggled for decent juice. We didn't eat in restaurant at night as the breakfast was so bad.....Indoor pool was cold and very smelly and all the mosaic tiles were coming off the bottom and side of pool, children cut their feet on broken tiles.Staff were just as tired as the hotel. Very miserable and generally couldn't be bothered.Very loud music/karaoke on several nights. Really disappointed didn't look anything like the photos.
A nice big hotel very close to the city itself. The staff were really friendly and put away our bike bags half a day earlier. Breakfast very abundant and very tasty.
The sauna is a bit outdated.
We liked the location and the free parking on site. The facilities are nice and clean. We really liked the rooftop terrace which was part of our “room”. Breakfast was ok but it’s about quantity not quality. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
They refused to issue an invoice with company address because of booking via booking.com, we got a kind of interesting “room” which was kind of not isolated tiny house on the roof of the building-directly beside the air conditioning aggregates of the hotel what felt like sleeping on a ship of something because of the noise, the private terrace wasn’t privat at all - on one hand as this was a unit of 2 the other guests had to pass along our glass front on the other hand other guests simply entered the terrace even though there is a fence so you were forced to keep curtains closed the entire stay to have some privacy, the average age of the guests matches the age of the facility-on day one it felt like arriving at a retirement home (I know that a hotel can’t control the age of its guests but probably it is interesting for other younger people), the facility itself is aged (elevators are not really trustworthy, mosaiks in Pool and flooring are loose and broken) and even though you see that they are taking care of the hotel it feels like a trip back in time.
Nice hotel friendly staff everything you need
all good but needs to be painted on the outside a little dull
Location great.Hotel clean.Facilities excellent.Nice touches - welcome bubbly and well stocked complimentary room additions.
Staff more friendly and helpful towards Dutch and German fellow guests.Overlooked a few times in the bar and restaurant, even though we had arrived before other guests. Also told we could not book bicycles a day ahead. Only to find other guests had managed to.Please treat everyone the same.
Location
- Breakfast quality was bad- Staff wasn’t friendly- bathroom very old, needs to be renovated
Location was perfect the staff were very helpful my room was absolutely fab so all in all no complaints
Breakfast could be a little better but I’m not really complaining
The staff especially the day manager throughout our stay was extremely kind and caring towards us on our first holiday together as a couple making the experience even more enjoyable.
I have 0 complaints.
Breakfast was extremely good. Very impressed they had lactose free yogurts and milk and a gluten free station
Water was a bit cold in the outside pool. Wanted to use indoor one but was told you had to wear a swimming hat and pay for it
Location very close to the lake, bars and restaurants and a good selection for breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely pool.
We enjoyed everything.
Location and large room
No balcony
The hotel is huge and well equipped. From the very first minute I felt I'm, holidays. It has 2 restaurants, a pool and secured private parking lot. The hotel has everything to stay in it, but on top of that is just few meters from the Lake Garda and the city center of Bardolino.Reception staff is very helpful, especially Martina, she's very communicative, shared her experience according to our plans to travel around the Lake Garda which saved our time. I'd love to come back to this hotel in the near future. Thank you.
The downside of the hotel is the pool restaurant and the staff of it. On the first evening, when we sat down to eat, we were misled by the restaurant's staff that the food was no longer available ant 7PM, then went back to the reception and reception arranged everything for us. Turned out, that two young waiters don't speak in English. Later, when we ordered a food, we waited for 50 minutes for Spaghetti alla Carbonara and Trout Gardesana. When the food was served to us and saw the trout, my wife was in shock, it looked like a huge mess in the plate and both meals were cold. The fish was inedible, cold and severely oversalted. At the same time, the other elder couple of Germans had the same dish and insisted to take it away from their table, so we did the same - fish was inedible. After few minutes, the head bartender (guy in grey hair and glasses) came to us to have a conversation (because the other German couple didn't speak in english, he tried to speak to them as well). Instead of accepting the mistake he tried to blame us that we don't understand the food, and 50 minutes of waiting is normal there. That totally ruined our first evening. The other days we felt unwelcome in that restaurant so we decided to have dinners in the city for the rest of the stay. Just because of that restaurant staff I cannot give 10 to this hotel.
