    Cons -

    • Paid for a room with a view, but on arrival we were told there wasn't one free for us. They did move our room 3 days into the stay, but if you pay for a lake view you should get a lake view. The pictures on the site are deceptive I'm afraid.Breakfast was minimal in a very small room
    • Issue with plumbing in room 1. Pungent smell coming from sink waste
    • The only downside was no pool but it is a small bijou hotel with no room for one. They do have discount vouchers for sun longers along the lake.

Very quiet hotel with comfortable beds. Shout out to the staff including Hannah, who couldn't do enough even down to arranging breakfast bags for us to take with us to the airport as we had a very early flight, and Gloria on reception. Leon on the terrace was 'super' friendly too. Also Melania (not sure of the correct spelling) at breakfast.Had an issue on day one with the shower and was sorted immediately for us. Lovely quiet location with some discounts from the hotel for two nearby restaurants. Lazise is lovely 30ish mins to the south and Bordolino is roughly the same to the north of the lake. Flat in each direction with spectacular views of the lake and mountains. The bus service is cheap and very easy to use but I do recommend getting a three or seven day pass. Verona is a must to visit. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The only downside was no pool but it is a small bijou hotel with no room for one. They do have discount vouchers for sun longers along the lake.

In a convenient spot close to bus stops, ferry and lake also many restaurants

Nothing. Had to pay 65 euros for taxi transfer each way to airport when booking .com advertised free transfer

Perfectly located for our purpose…we visited the Marmomac. Particularly that it was not as crowded as Bardolino or Lazise was nice, amazing breakfast, very tasteful interior and amazing friendly staff

Booking.com shows parking but thereby only public parking available

Great location, good size room, helpful staff, lovely balcony, good breakfast

Very slow lift! Would be useful to have an information booklet that gave details of buses, boat/ferry times and how to book tickets. Details of useful apps, how to work air con etc.

Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and great coffee. The hotel was located on the lake with a lake view from the room. Plenty of restaurants close by. Bardolino was 30 minutes walk or you could rent bikes from the hotel.

Room was great. Clean, pristine condition. Location was perfect, close to waterfront.Rented bikes- had great day. Restaurant was unexpected, with great food, good fast service.

Breakfast area was too small for amount of guests. Breakfast variety was very good.

Lovely location on the edge of the lake, away from the bustle of Bardolino it is a 30 minute walk from Bardolino town along the lake shore line and us a calmer more intimate place . Great restaurants. Staff were very friendly, lovely breakfast.

Superb breakfast with lots of choice. Fresh bread, croissants, fruit juices, meats and cheeses. A cornucopia.

Nothing I can think of. It was excellent.

The location was excellent, very close to the heart of Bardolino and the great shopping and restaurants there. The in house restaurant was great with an excellent selection of wines. The breakfast was exceptional and literally next door to my room. My wife and I will look forward to staying here again when we visit Lake Garda and Bardolino.

    Breakfast, free parking

Cold room, heater didn‘t work, staff barely speaks English, no staff at the reception

the room was clean and new.

Check-in was only available between 1 pm and 3 pm, we went to Verona for a tour and had to finish early because of this.We paid 243 euros for two people for 1 night, that is too much considering it is not summer anymore and the hotel does not have its own parking. The breaks were likely good, but not more than that. The TV had only programs in german and nothing in Italian which was very boring.I booked a king-size bed with one extra bed and when I arrived I found one king-size bed and a sofa, so I had to ask to prepare the sofa to sleep and I had the previously I have sent a message to the hotel advising about it.

    great view from the balcony

shame about the staff knocking the door for the second time at 11.45 at night to get a copy of the passport, had took them to reception the first time but it’s never manned so after waiting 15 min gave up

Bery friendly staff. The room was perfectly clean! Breakfast buffet was a good but limited choice, but tasted splendid!

During the night it was sometimes a bit louder because of the retaurants. But I did not really mind.
