Hotel Nettuno

Location on the lake promenade. Modern hotel. Very comfortable beds. Extensive breakfast suitable for Italian, British or Northern European guests.

Lunch at the hotel was the worst meal I ever had in Italy.

I find the location excellent: lake Garda, with a suitable spot for swimming, is just some 30m from the hotel. And if you prefer the pool area, I think it's quite reasonable, both for swimming and sun bathing.The town centrum is some 500m from the hotel, or little more if you take the very nice by-the-lake pathway. Nearby towns Garda, Cisano and Lazise are all within walking distance, Garda about 3km and Lazise about 5km.The breakfast is one of the best I have experienced outside Scandinavia.

Location was excellent. Easy walking. We never used the car at all.

The bar area was cold with the air conditioning. Not necessary in October! Not cosy - shame as it could be so much better. Change the bar as it is hidden and get a good bar person that sells the area. It is a large area & could be changed around to maximise its usage. I work in hospitality and the bar had no one using it whilst we were there. Keep the clients in as much as possible.

Room nicely sized with a view of the lake but no chair to sit in, only the bed. Good bathroom and shower. Hotel adjacent to the lake with an easy walk to the town.

The room (309) was smazing.Loved the pool area and staff (Erika) were great and friendly.

I’m struggling to think

Very comfortable hotel, ideally positioned an easy waterfront stroll from the centre of Bardolino, yet very quiet and secluded. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, even when flight delays meant we checked in at 2-00am! Excellent breakfasts, room kept meticulously clean. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Room was lovely, but the window was small

Breakfast disappointing as it seemed if hot stuff was rationed and bacon cooked again.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful setting, we loved sitting on our balcony looking at the lake. The staff are lovely, particularly all the receptionists who were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you, we will definitely be returning ? ☺️

The pool was freezing so I was disappointed it wasn't heated. If in the future, you decide to heat it - that would fantastic!

Great choice of bread and pastries at breakfast with a lovely outside seating area with view of lake. The location of the hotel is great right on the lake and only a few minutes stroll from shops and restaurants of Bardolino. Reception welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast would benefit from an egg station to provide omelettes, fresh eggs.Bacon undercooked.The hotel rooms are very dated and in need of an upgrade which it seems is due to happen in/for 2024. The pool and surrounds needs revamp.

Breakfast superb.Staff especially Elke and Guilia superb and very very helpful.Disappointed that the lake view was only from a corner window and no balcony....this wasnt what i expected after paying a supplement,

Liked everything.

I loved this hotel. It had everything. Short walk from a bus stop. Has a wonderful pool. The back end of the hotel is right on to the beach and the walking strip to the town about 5/10mins.

The staff in reception were exceptional Gloria, giulua and Regina Marco in the bar was amazing too

well located with allocated parking. traveling with small children, the pool was also a big attraction for us.breakfast was great and Elke on the reception was very friendly and professional

The staff was friendly and the common area was very comfortable. They had a welcome drink, which was a lovely touch.

Hotel was brilliant, great view from our balcony and / or the restaurant. room was clean, staff very helpful and they even left us a bottle of Prosecco and basket of fruit as we were celebrating our anniversary.

Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Service and food in the restaurant was good and the hotel was situated close to Bardolino centre, that is within easy walking distance.

Room was on the small side and only OK for a short stay, did tho have a good lake view. The pool water was coldish and only for hardy swimmers, our stay was in Sept and the sun did not get on to the pool tho there were plenty of sunny spots for relaxing around the pool area.

Staff were pleasant and the hotel was clean

The hotel overall was very dated , the beds were uncomfortable and the general amenities were average

Very pretty, nice view from restaurant and our room had a balcony.

The air conditioning got turned off at the end of September and our room was warm and stuffy. we were told to open the sliding door but the noise of the busy road kept us up all night.
