Parc Hotel Germano Suites & Apartments

Very specious apartment, clean, quite, a lot of parking, nice view, pleasent area, nice stuff, good in house restaurant and bar. Very good lactation, near the city center, walking distance to the shops and resturants. Supermarket near by.

The ac was a bit strange, controlled from the main office, started/stpopped on each own sometimes and even when turned off made a low noise.The coffee machine was basic, and filters are needed and not provided, although we were told it is not required. Also should be cleaned or replaced. .

The kindness of stuff. We were traveling with dog and they give him a welcome box, which was really kind of them.

It will need some renovation soon. The pool is closing to soon and its weird that you need to go in sauna with your swimsuit on.

Lovely hotel. Our rooms were very spacious, clean and had everything you could need for a weeks break. The piano bar is an excellent way to enjoy the sunsetting over the lake. Breakfast was great with lots of choices.

No ventilation in the gym, poor wifi in the room and not much variety for breakfast.

The rooms could be updated, but they were very comfortable. The AC was noisy and we could not adjust the fan speed

The AC in the room was way too strong and to change it we had to call the front desk. I understand saving energy, but at that point I'd start with a warmer option rather than freezing cold.

The location was perfect with amazing views of the lake and not too far up the hill from the lake and only a short walk into the town center. The hotel itself is modern and sophisticated. The staff were friendly, especially in the pool cafe and the main bar. The room was fantastic and accommodated my family of 4 with privacy for my 2 teenage daughters and ourselves in separate rooms. I just wish we stayed longer than 6 nights and will return to visit in the future.

The only issue was no hand soap in bathroom and the beds were on the very firm side.

The weather changed and it was freezing in the rooms Unable to turn the heat on

Everything was very good starting with breakfast, the suite was very spacious and the location is just perfect.

Super hotel/resort, with very helpful and friendly staff. The location was great and the views over Lake Garda are stunning!

If breakfast times were extended to a little later, it would be great!

We liked everything, great hotel. Breakfast is good, and dinner is absolutely amazing. The staff are very friendly and kind. My kids loved the pool so much. We can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pools. The location is perfect as well ?

Absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel

The view of the lake from this hotel was breathtaking. The town is small and quiet, and the walk along the lake is gorgeous. The hotel was spotless and comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner we had in the restaurant was very enjoyable.

We had a bit of difficulty adjusting the room temperature. The staff was very helpful in making us more comfortable.

The helpful staff, the location and the cozy park, the apartment. The gym and swimming pool.

The centralized heating: needed to call every day to get the room warmer. Likewise the gym was too hot and the staff didn’t know the temperature of the water.

modern and well designed apartment. while we were in a self catering apartment there are no facilities on property or nearby to purchase basic food and other requirements. small little things grated. eg no kitchen linenotherwise it was a great place to stay with very nice staff

other than above it was perhaps a bit isolated from the centre of Bardolino.

Location is very good, on the east side of Lago di Garda. Suite was very clean and spacious. We had bathtub and shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was really nice, we loved fruit juice maschine to make freash squized juice

Suite is not in mail building so in order to go to gym, spa or internal pool you need to walk outside and in November, when we was there this was not convunient since it was too cold. Pool is open from10-19 and unfortunately we didn’t managed to swim since we spend full day outside Otherwise all is very very nice

The apartment was clean, location is good, diverse and tasty breakfast.Available and frendly stuff.

Air condition in bedroom was very loud until working so we call reception to turn it off because the guests don't have the possibility to change the temperature and turn it off.The worst was; even when they turn it off, the air condition was still loud so half of the night we couldn't sleep.Unfortunatel, bad experience we don't want to repeat.
