The location is very good, a few meters from the beach, you can go on trips to beautiful places in all directions. The staff is very nice, friendly, the room is clean, pleasant. The breakfast is great, big buffet, great selection. We had a great time, thank you Hotel Bardolino!

Had an impromptu visit in Bardolino. Everything from quick reservation to check in was smooth and all was relaxing. Breakfast was well covered. Thank you to the beautiful staff for their warmth and smiles.

Road noise exist but to be expected.

Friendly helpful staff with a nice room in great location

we were there for one night. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating, the breakfast was excellent. The room was a little small but clean and the bed was comfortable. Very close to the lake shore and boardwalk to the town center. Parking was a little tight, but we managed - probably better to be there earlier to get a parking spot. The WiFi was OK once you are able to figure out how to set it up. we had a room on the opposite side to the road so we did not hear the road noise. Would recommend this hotel.

The WiFi set up was very confusing, and don't think it was secure.The walls are thin in this hotel, you hear your neighbors. And the doors close very loud - late at night when your neighbors returning, there were a lot door banging going on.

It was a clean hotel and close to Lake and a 15 minute walk to town. Quiet during the night.

Had street lights that shone into the room during the night. The windows had shutters but couldn't work out how to close them. Maybe blackout curtains would be better.

Fantastic location, staff and perfect breakfast.

Only slight issue was the lack of water pressure in the shower. But friends in another room had no problem.

A stylish hotel with its own character and charm. There was a balcony where it was cool to sit at night. Breakfast on terrace was good. Free parking.

The hotel is on street with quite heavy traffic. At night, it felt like we were sleeping on the street. The room was quite small.

We found ants infection in our room coming from the bin. I told the receptionist if we could change rooms but it was fully booked.I would have liked some complimentary stuff for the inconvenience as the room was not completely clean leaving food in the bin. Considering the price i was expecting better service.

Lovely hotel atmosphere, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, good parking.

Our bathroom had a few issues with the shower being quite difficult to use. The WiFi wasn't really usable and kept disconnecting all the time

The staff at the front desk were super nice. The room is clean and plenty of parking.

Room is very basic, no hairdryer unless you ask for one, no iron on the premises at all and the radiator in our room was leaking water on our bathroom floor.

The staff are all friendly and helpful. I needed help finding the bus stop and bus to catch to Verona train station and the young man at the reception walked me outside and made sure I saw where to catch the bus. It’s right across the street from the hotel. The breakfast is exceptional with a generous selection. The room was very clean and the air conditioning and comfortable bed made for a good nights rest.

The location close to the lake is great, as is the breakfast.

There is not even a small fridge in the rooms.

The room was of a good size and clean. The decore of the hotel is welcoming an quite different, we really liked it. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and had plenty of choice of savoury and sweet. The location is not central to Bardolino but town centre can be reached with an easy 10 minutes walk. The car park is free, not very big but it accommodates plenty of customers cars. Would definitely return.

The air conditioning gets turned off between 9 am and 1 pm which are rather hot hours of the day. Other than that everything else was good.

A very charming hotel in a perfect location. Amazing breakfast with a very good choice.

Problems with the air conditioner, we couldn't understand how it was working.The water pressure in the shower was weak.

The breakfast staff was extremely friendly. What you want when you stumble downstairs in the morning.

No fridge.the ac stopped in the morning and there was little pressure in the shower.

Nice hotel but very simple small room with old bath.

Bath needs urgent refurbishing!

Excellent breakfast. Good location and very helpful and friendly staff.

2 beds joined together so dip in the middle which made it rather uncomfortable. On main road so noisy but quietened at night slightly.
