Location and service

There were no irons or ironing boards available in the room, and the hotel does not provide them upon request. Instead, they offer ironing as a paid service.

The view is unbelievable, The pool area is exceptional and the spa wellness is fantastic

All aspects were excellent. The staff were always extremely friendly. The views all around are amazing. The food was great. The hotel feels like real luxury.

Lovely view of the lake, pool area was nice, breakfast was a good selection though we weren't actively asked if we wanted eggs cooked etc. Lovely lunch by the poolside.

Very clean and beautiful property. easy access to Garda & all stuff were wonderful & friendly.

Most hotels in Garda have a free shuttle service to get to the locations easily such as poiano resort. I think this should be an option at Madrigale as we spent over £400 on transport. Only thing that annoyed us was the consistent ask for room number when buying anything, we could never pay there and then and if we did we were throwned on.

Everything was perfect! Quiet & peaceful. Breathtaking views. The architecture, decor and decor was beautiful! Very clean. Delicious breakfast. The pool were super nice and relaxing. On the top of that, the staff does every thing to make your experience even more wonderfull - everyone is incridibily nice, helpful and very professional!

Rude staff and overpriced

The staff were rude. My wife and I checked in, were told we could eat in the restaurant of the hotel. When we went to the restaurant, the manager there rudely told us they were fully booked and didn’t offer to suggest some alternatives in the area.

Reception staff outstanding. Room was great. Food in the restaurant was excellent for anyone that eats meats and fish.

Food in the restaurant not great for vegetarians.Also asked for an affogato for desert, but was told they wouldn't serve espresso and ice cream! Head waiter was a bit obnoxious

Everything was spectacular. The staff was kind and polite. Food was perfect. Environment was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The room was big, clean, comfortable, renovated. We got a breath taking view. The place was very calm, no loud noises, perfect for relaxing. Over all, perfect hotel. Definitely recommend. Will come back.

Wow. Excellent place and location. The staff is great and very freindly and service perfect. We loved the room as well as the whole hotel:-) so beautiful swimming pools. Great service also in the spa with excellent massages to re-energize.The restaurant serve very good food and no problem to ask for variation or something not on menu.

That we had too few nights:-) could have stayed a week. Not fault of hotel:-)

Expensive transfers, which you have to book in advance.

The location is amazing mostly the beautiful view. The stuff was exceptiona !!l very friendly and caring. The room was clean,We got an upgrade for our honeymoon. The breakfast was amazing.

The location is superb, sitting above Garda with a lovely view across the Valley to the Lake. The Hotel and facilities are very well designed and laid out, making for a relaxed, peaceful vacation. The food and Catering are of a very high standard. The suite was spacious and well appointed.....and finally a special mention to The Staff! The Staff were exceptional in every respect. Informative, polite, helpful, friendly, engaging, smiling....nothing was too much trouble! It was our Wedding Anniversary and we were really looked after and everyone went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. We will definitely be returning!Special mention should go to Veronica and the staff at Reception. They were beyond helpful in sending emails to 'Autostrada' to help us with a dispute, and were instrumental in getting us a Eur60 refund! The Family Tonini should be proud of their Staff and the Culture they have created. It was the kind of service you would always expect on a Holiday, but very rarely get. Thank you.

Our only suggestion would be a shuttle bus a few times a day down to the Town.
