The staff were happy to help with arranging a taxi for us to leave.

The location is too far from town. You really need a car. There was no restaurant., though they did make us sandwiches for both lunch and dinner!

Tight space and bathroom. No view. Accessories inside room none.

We booked this last minute and had the lake view room. Wow wow wow! The view is incredible but really the entire hotel is just amazing. Super friendly and accomodating staff, nice pool to cool off and beautifully manicured gardens. The bed is comfortable Overall a very nice place to stay !

Super-friendly helpful staff. Peaceful hotel. Classic room with plentiful storage and stunning balcony views down on the lake and of the mountains. Good breakfast on extensive terrace with excellent coffee and omelette to order. Secure parking and air conditioning. Delightful garden round the pool. Charming village round the port and easy drive to lively Iseo and beyond for strolls, meals, lake ferries and a bit of history!

Comfortable chairs in the bedroom and a mini-fridge for water would be a real bonus, especially for a longer stay.

The location was just beautiful, I had a fabulous view from my balcony looking over the lake. The host was exceptional, so helpful to point in the right direction for local attractions. I had forgotten a bag and the host even went out of her way to drop it off to my next location I was staying at. So kind

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.The view from the room was excellent. The small town of Clusane that the hotel was located in was also a pleasant surprise. Wishing walking distance there was a number of very good restaurants.

The breakfast was decent but not more than that. The rooms were not that well sound proofed, so you could hear the other guest coming and going quite easily - but the hotel was small and had few guest, so not a big problem.

It was in an excellent location with a wonderful view. The restaurant they recommended close to the hotel was delicious. Loved the food

Nice hotel located a little bit higher in a quiet area, very friendly and helpful people, beautiful view on the lake, good swimming pool.... very relaxing to come back from the hectic tourism around the lake...

No criticism but eventually the hotel could use a little refurbishment...

Hotel is on a very nice spot, cozy rooms have balconies with view on lake Iseo. All members of the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast had various choices and you could enjoy beautiful view from the terrace. Hotel is also cyclist-friendly and on a good spot for many cycling routes.

we opted for breakfast on one day but at 12 euros each I have to say was very expensive. Room looked very tired but as I said earlier the bed was comfortable

We stayed here for one night, as a "base" for visiting the lake (with our rented car), and it was convenient and nice, with an excellent view of the lake. The hotel seems very nice, especially the gardens.

OVERPRICED for what it offers - practically only a nice view. Room suits a cheap motel in a bad and poor slams. Exclusive for people who love to be taken for a ride...

Sadly, you tend to publish only the positive rather allowing objective critics on the place. The room was worse than a no star motel, with a 18" small TV, with poor reception, no toiletries, insufficient air conditioner, difficult parking and OVERPRICED. Very bad wifi on top of above.

The view from both the balcony and the outsider lounge area is fantastic.The famile owning the hotel is extremely service minded and help everybody with a smile.

The air conditioning turned of during the night and it could not be turned back on

The staff was not only friendly, but also incredibly kind, warm, and helpful! The view was breathtaking and the place was peaceful. The room and balcony were very clean and very well taken care of! The hotel is on top of a hill and very easy to access by car. They have a gate through which you can enter. The location was superb and there were tons of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood as well as boat rental services nearby. We will definitely come back here!

The location is beautiful, overlooking the lake from the side of a mountain in a quiet, retreat-like spot.

While the view was pretty, this hotel hasn't been significantly upgraded since the 70s maybe. If we didn't spend US$160+/monday night!!, I wouldn't have minded as much. Please take a careful look at the rooms. If neon-colored lime green wash on the walls and grandma bedspreads are your thing, go for it. The family seems sweet (although they were sticklers for the 10:45 exit despite the fact that the hotel was empty) and there is something nice about a family-run place, its time to remodel folks. I kept thinking, what would it take to upgrade the place to circa 2010 even? The internet was strong though.
