Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Location was great.I got there late at around midnight; the owner had left a note on the door for me to call and he came, even at that late hour. I really appreciated that.

There is no elevator and I had a big suitcase. I didn’t have a view of the lake from my window

The hotel is nicely located very close to the train station and the pier is just a few minutes walking. Also there is a pharmacy and a supermarket a few blocks away. The facilities were nice and clean. The breakfast was great, with both savoury and sweet options. The highlight of the trip were the managers, which are also the owners, as this is a family run hotel. They were helpful, kind and attentive to our needs, always with a smile and great suggestions on what to do in town or close by areas.

The breakfast is particularly good for Italy, which normally indulges in just sweets. The receptionist was particularly helpful in suggesting walks in the area.

A beautiful little hotel in a great location, a short walk to the lake where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The room was very clean. The breakfast each morning was plentiful with a wide selection to cater for everyone. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Great location, comfortable room, impeccable cleaning service and nice staff

Good choice of food. Mix of typical italian sweets and great coffee (no filter coffee, but good espresso) and continental breakfast. Room was clean and convenient. Great and friendly staff :)

The hosts were exceptional. Breakfast spread was varied and enjoyable. Lovely firm mattress and the shower water pressure was strong.

Pillows were a little slim line and no extra pillows in the room

The staff were all amazing, very helpful and made you feel really welcome The room was a very good size, with a balcony and while it was near, at times, a busy road, it was still a good place to sit and chill

Nothing to dislike, we stayed for 4 nights and the staff did everything they could to make our stay pleasant as possible

Always noisy at all times of the day. No ac. Things did not work in the unit but the person who let us in did not care

Perfect and quiet location, friendly staff and very clean room with an exceptional view

A squeaky clean room and outstanding staff. Also really nice breakfast. Hotel itself is located very good strategically — near the main road but not in touristy location. Not too far from the town center and the lake. Neibhourhood is quite calm and you don’t really hear cars on the road (at least in our room).

Very nice welcome and service by the staff. Nice breakfast included with fresh fruit and home-made cakes every day.Good location near the center of Iseo, the restaurants, the train station and the market, which takes place two times per week and which offers a lot of local products (fruit, cheese, salami etc).The rooms are well equipped and very clean.

The lack of soap and shower products in the room

It was family run and very friendly . The breakfasts were much more generous than I expected . There was a kettle and fridge in our room and plenty of clean towels and toilet rolls if we needed them. Great value for money

Very little not to like. It's on a main road but that wasn't too noisy and it was easy to get to the station and the water front.

It's a bit outdated but has everything you need. Would have preferred a king size bed rather than singles for the adults.

Great location. Near the town centre and lake, but supermarket and launderette very close by. Lovely welcoming owners, comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Breakfast was fantastic, better than anywhere else we stayed. Really good choice of food, including fruit. Can’t wait to return.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, gave us suggestions for what to do and looked up ferry times for us. Breakfast was fairly basic, but plentiful. The rooms had good air con, decent curtains and were quiet, so I slept really well here.
