This is not a criticism but think the hotel would benefit from a shuttle service up and down hill.

The view is fantastic. That’s the reason we come again and again.The pool area is nice, but I still don’t understand why it’s only open at 10am

The room was clean, the view exceptional and the stuff super friendly.

The location is heavenly, situated on a quiet hillside overlooking the length of the lake. The ambience was relaxed, friendly and attentive and the room (ours had a view) was comfortable and generous in size.As a family-run hotel (with the proprietors very much in attendance) the whole feel of the hotel was completely different from any chain hotel. It was carried along in the same vein by the staff who seemed to enjoy our stay as much as we did.

Very little, but if there were constructive criticisms, I'd say that the bathroom needed a little up-dating (it worked perfectly well, nonetheless). And, while I accept it is a 'romantic' hotel, a small exercise room or even the odd yoga class or two on the lawn overlooking the lake would add to the overall amenities no end.

The location was excellent with great views.

If in room kettle and coffee could be added that would be ideal.

Don’t like that it’s not closer to home!!!!!! ? will have to return…Just note that the surrounding area may have seasonal restrictions on availability for facilities. Along with the hotel pool. But these are part and parcel for being up high in the lakes and mountain regions of Italy and the need for it to “heat up before being commercially viable” for done services!!!.??

The hotel location is stunning, hotel architecture really beautiful and even though the interior design, is classic, old style, yet it feels very much as home. Relaxed atmosphere, with very welcoming staff! They went above and beyond to organize everything I asked them to!

Very nice place and everything in very good quality. Nice room with panorama view to the lake Iseo. Good parking facilities. Our dog needed to go to the vet.hospital. The receptionists were very nice, understanding and helpfull and found an open hospital in the middle of the night. They offered to assist if we had translation problems during. Great people, much appreciated. The dog is now well again :-)

The food in the restaurant could be better.

Since it was very hot when we stayed there, we had to keep A/C on all the time which was a bit out-dated and a long time to cool down.

Everything was wonderful!Beautifully located on a hillside overlooking Lake Iseo, the accommodation is clean and spacious, rooms having a terrace with a lake view. Nice pool. Excellent restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Poor service during the breakfast. This was supposed to be a dog friendly hotel. We asked if it is ok to have our small dog by the pool if it always stays on the chair and according to the reception it was ok. Our dog was quiet and never disturbed anyone, however, one of the hotel employees came to say that I need to leave since the dogs are not allowed by the pool. I really felt bad about that.

Really poor food in the hotel restaurant . It’s v confusing because they have two restaurants there one of which is Michelin starred but not run by the hotel. This is not made clear. It was one of the reasons I booked the hotel but of course Michelin restaurant was full. The actual hotel restaurant is very poor. Not particularly friendly service and barely edible food. No wine by the glass other than champagne .. very oddAlso shirt swimming pool opening hours always an irritation.

The view was spectacular! Room was clean, and swimming pool was amazing with pool side service. The breakfast spread was incredible! So many options with eggs cooked fresh. Receptionist helped us to get a booking at a nearby restaurant for dinner and also booked our taxi.

No internet access or movie streaming on the TV. Channels were mostly product sales and they don’t work properly - lots of glitching. No kettle with coffee/tea available in the room (unless requested) and you have to pay for the water.
