This is an exceptional Resort. The views of the area are wonderful. The Hotel is lovely and well maintained. The staff is efficient and friendly. The food is world class and unique. It was a wonderful experience.

It is somewhat difficult to navigate the various levels of the Hotel. Finding the infinity pool was very difficult.

It is not modern but definitely luxury and clean, the food is delicious, the best staff ever, their service is amazing, definitely i would recommend it

- wonderful location - the staff were as friendly and welcoming as ever- welcome drinks are always appreciated upon arrival - lobby is elegant with a breathtaking balcony - the rooms were perfect and spacious - views everywhere are stunning and a pleasure to experience - breakfast was varied and the eggs in particular were delicious

- a little bit of attention to the food provided in breakfast buffet is needed seemed like Couple of pieces here and there were either damaged or spoiled - as much as I loved the rooms not all guests are thrilled to pass by the spa area and the pool area from the lobby to the rooms please consider a more appropriate passage for families - yes the dine in food is delicious but the portions should be a little more generous

Everything was so well organized, all staff did act with real care for every customer, no matter what responsibility they had, they dropped everything to assist the customer and remove any problems. Beautiful facility, stylish, high quality at all levels. Breakfast was great.

The most beautiful property, clean and nice, excellent view! The staff is crazy nice, the nicest we have had in such resort as this. Very satisfied, will definitely return.

Excellent view, beautiful grounds and facilities. Excellent breakfast. Restaurants were pricier than one would expect, even at a facility of this kind.

Pricey restaurants, with little options for a quicker, less expensive lunch or snack.

The property is located on a small mountain and that gives us one of the most gorgeous views from the hotel. The staff is very polite and hospitable. The pools and sauna are amazing. The sauna has absolutely beautiful views. The most gorgeous wellness resort ever for me.

Swimming pools, great gym, beautiful garden and amazing views. Sometimes friendly staff.

Difficult to reach by phone, all long chairs blocked by other guests at 10am around the pool, gourmet restaurant closed on Monday and Tuesday.

Nothing (surprisingly for someone like me)

We loved our stay at Lefay! Andrea in the Limonaia restaurant was the most excellent host, he gave amazing recommendations for our food, and he was such a pleasure to speak to. Whilst all the staff were superb, he really made our trip! Service at the hotel was excellent, as were the facilities.

We wish we had longer there!

I really recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is clean and tidy and also it’ also the breakfast was varied and the service and quality was great The restaurant of the resort offered a delicious food and the resort area is very quiet its a great place for honeymoon and I will come back againThe last point I want to say is it’s better to rent a car to go to the hotel

Nothing every thing was great

The magnificent position of the resort high above Lake Garda, the healthy vibe of the place, healthy food, healthy living, and wonderful facilities. The staff are simply amazing from the waiters to the people in the spa - all of them attentive and service orientated. Well done to the team!
