Superb stay! From the great accommodations to the fabulous views to the excellent dining/cuisine!

Location with see view from the balcony or restaurant is fabulous. Easy and comfort and free parking inside of the property. Staff especially girls in reception are showing perfect customer experience. Closer to cable car second entrance avoiding a big queue in the Malcestine

Amazing views, good breakfast, nice pool but a bit cold even in late July.

There are old rooms within the hotel without a functioning AC. It took some time for the staff to acknowledge and try to repair the very old AC, before having us move to one of the newer rooms. The restaurant was unfortunately only ok. The pasta dishes were yummy but the mains not so much.

The hotel is placed in a very nice location, surrounded by nature, with a splendid view to the lake.We appreciated a lot both the inside and outside playgrounds.The hotel staff was very kind and friendly and we also had a great breakfast.

This is a magnificent property! The view of the lake is extraordinary. The pool is beautiful and the restaurant is outstanding. Many thanks to the waiters Victor, Erik and Matteo for making the dining experience so much fun!!!

The a/c worked but we could have used a fan in the room to move some air around … especially during the nighttime hours.

I love everything about this hotel - outstanding view from the room, breakfast, kind staff, the pool with amazing view on mountains.The hotel located on the hill only 10min driving from the center.The restaurant at the hotel serves delicious food - I highly recommend to book there a table.

I booked a table at the restaurant to celebrate my mom's birthday and we had to wait for 30+ min for someone to come to us. We left the restaurant and went to the city to celebrate.Apart from this everything was great

Unbelievable views from room, spa, pool area, restaurant

The whole package was super. The view was exceptional and the little deck was a treat. The pool was huge and amply suppplied with umbrellas and comfy chairs. Breakfast was super, great quality and diverse array. The location was in a lovely spot to hike from as well

Our fridge didnt work, but was replaced after a while. The AC was too weak and we couldnt control it. The beds were too hard for our taste. The room seemed quite new, but it smelled like it had been locked for a long time (humidity or something). You have to Take the car down to the city, its too far. Overall it was nice, but a Little too expensive for what is offers.

The personal staff at restaurant is very nice, helpful and friendly. The dinner was vey good, the breakfast even better. The view to Lago di Garda is amazing while having dinner

Extremely friendly, helpful and professional staff in reception and in the restaurant/bar - on first name terms with many of them and our daughter was spoiled! Gorgeous location perched high above the lovely town of Malcesine and the lake with views up to Riva and the mountains. Delicious food - huge choice at breakfast and dined there in the evenings on alternate nights. Pool is large and plenty of loungers etc. also a jacuzzi-style plunge pool and paddling pool for kids. Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped suite with kitchenette. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful too. Communal areas in the bar/lounge/children's room all modern and spacious. Excellent all round and while usually we prefer to visit new places, we would definitely be tempted to return next year! Malcesine is a lovely town to wander around in the evening with lots of good restaurant options. Also had a nice day out by taking the ferry up the lake to Riva. Gardaland is a day trip - about 2.5 hour round trip? Recommend the paragliding from the mountain up behind the hotel too - the views from up the top of the mountain via cable car are worth it too but time it well as cable car gets busy.

Our suite was described by Booking.com (not the hotel) as having its own private pool - none of the rooms have this! Not the fault of the hotel though. The only downside was having to drive down into town - 800m is, as the hotel makes clear, as the crow flies and it is about 3km down a narrow, steep road. You don't get the spectacular views otherwise of course, but thought worth noting!

Wonderful hotel facilities: lobby, bar, and especially the restaurant with it's balcony with beautiful views over lake Garda!The outside swimming pool was wonderful!! (25 meter long, very clean, and with calm atmosphere)They also have a spacious and well equipped Gymboree/play room for little ones (next door to the restaurant)Breakfast was amazing with many choices of high quality food.We also liked our dinners at the restaurant. Food was very tasty and not overpriced, service was excellent, the atmosphere very calm, and the views.... wow!Note that there are different room types. (our room had a little kitchenette; not all rooms do). You might was to inquire about the room details before bookingOne AC unit didn't work properly when we first entered the room. The issue was fixed very fast once we notified the staff - so I count it as a plus!We actually liked the fact that the hotel was up on the mountain (did I mention the views?...). and away from the city center. We had a car with us, so it wasn't a problem (drive to Malcesine takes about 7 minute; walk - 30 minutes down/up the hill)

We spend one night in a different room (simply because we wanted to extend our stay and the room we booked for the first 2 nights was not available). Both rooms were on the 3rd floor of the main building with balconies with amazing views over lake Garda, and similar comfort level. However, the 2nd room was closer to the road which was noticeable since we left the window open during the night. It wasn't a big deal but we liked the first room betterWe were charged for another room's dinner. Since we dined at the restaurant twice during our 3-night stay and the receipt included a list of dishes (vs. a summary by meal) we didn't notice it at first glance. Once we realized that the list of dishes on our bill was too long and started asking questions, the receptionist went out of way to fix the bill and was very apologetic.Despite this incident, we still highly recommend the hotel (we had a wonderful stay!) - just advice that guests check their bill before signing it

Amazing views from the balcony and restaurant, really professional and helpful staff. We had very pleasent three days with my wife to celebrate our special anniversary day and took also exciting paraglides from Monte Baldo. Top quality breakfast and dinner.

Air con didn't work properly at night. 22 degrees is ok for some though.All seems a bit dated, but clean, and the pool and views make up for it.

Position is perfect for the panaramatic views but on the other side it quite away from the town on a steep hill so without a car it takes time and sweat to go to a lake for some Prosecco :-)

Det staff was super friendly and attendtive and helpfull. Location with an amazing view of the Lake and mountains and the city was beautyfull.

The breakfast, the staff, the room, the pools, and the view are all amazing!

My only complaint about this hotel was that the bed and pillow in the room I had was uncomfortable. Needs a new mattress and pillow.
