Villa Emma Malcesine

The location and the view over the lake was incredible.The breakfast was really good, generous and fresh. The service was very friendly and accommodating.

The room was very basic with very little charm. The parking was quite a walk away from the residence.

We had a beautiful view of the lake. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. And the staff was very friendly.

good hotel - quiet, calm, cozy. not far from the lake and from the main infrastructure of the city. excellent breakfasts. the owner of the hotel is very friendly and responsive. I recommend to everyone. thank you

Our host, Sarah went out of her way to make our stay at Villa Emma as comfortable as possible. The breakfast provided far exceeded our expectations and the view of Lake Garda from our balcony was simply extraordinary.

Regrettably, there are several stairs to climb from the street to your room and with suitcases, I would not recommend this excellent B&B to travellers with disabilities or have difficulty in climbing stairs. The location of the parking and the town is relatively close but still is quite a walk to and from town or the designated parking area. That said, for travellers in reasonable physical condition, this is an excellent place to stay while in Malcesine.

No kettle in rooms or tea making facilities except at breakfast,no iron in rooms, no food or drinks for sale over the day or told about them.

Small bathroom and only 1 light in the bedroom. It would have been great to have a couple of bedside lights.

Perfectly located - stunning views across the lake from our balcony, and a short walk from the centre of Malcesine - shops, restaurants and harbour whilst being in a quiet area. Absolutely loved it.. Good daily breakfast and super helpful and friendly staff. Good A/C. We were even able to get laundry done at no extra charge Malcesine is a perfect base for visiting the whole Lake Garda area and is well served by road and ferry service.

Our only negative comment is that it would have been useful to have a kettle in the room.

Very bad parking for the car. Also every time you go into town you had to go uphill to get home

Lovely base for our stay. Breakfast was great and the views was out of this world on the balcony

Only one issue no tv in english or kettle. We was out till the late every night but its nice to come back and stick the TV on and have a cuppa. Very small issues. Overall we would definatly come back

Staff was lovely and great service.

The wall up to it from town, it was not 4 mins, there was nowhere to have a drink in the evening. Also there was no safe in the room. I had very expensive equipment and nowhere to store them safe. Also hard to unload the luggage and car park was to far from hotel and not really in a secure place

Before this i didn’t known the definition of “ external private bathroom”. It was really uncomfortable to walk across the corridor.

Everything was fine. Beautiful view from our window - every morning was the best because we could see the lake and the mountains. The owner of the villa is a very nice woman and helped us every time we needed it. The breakfast is a separate topic: it was great. We had breakfast on the terrace with a great view, flowers. The bacon scramble was amazing, lots of cakes, cheese, yogurt, meat and fruit platter were very tasty. We had a private bathroom, at the beginning I was surprised, but not on the positive side ((( but at the end of our trip I was happy that we had a private bathroom - it was very convenient

Nice clean rooms and quite

There was nothing I disliked, but the hot tub was not up and running as advertised. It would have been nice if it had been so hot. Sarah was a lovely, friendly host

Good location close to city centre. Nice view to the lake and surrounding mountains from the balcony and breakfast terrace. Delicious breakfast. Friendly host.

The room was tiny, just for spending a night, that might OK if you spend whole day outside.

The view from our balcony was like stepping into a postcard! The panoramic vistas of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains were breathtakingly beautiful. The location of Villa Emma is also excellent, within walking distance to the historic center of Malcesine.The breakfast served was delightful and Sara the host was very helpful. Overall, our experience at Villa Emma was exceptional.

Sara was a lovely host. Fabulous breakfast on the veranda outside in good weather or inside with great views of lake Garda. Comfortable room- we had one on the side with a little outside area and lake view
