Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast included was fantastic and the option to get snacks and drinks during the day was great!

A little on the pricier side, but worth it!

Breakfast overlooking the lake was lovely. Great view from our room of the lake. The private beach area with loungers was fantastic.

Excellent service, beautiful location, clean room..

The owners, the couple, is charming and helpful . The location is good, walking distance from the old town. The terrace is very nice and the lake scenery from there is lovely. Also their own beach just on the other side of the street is good!

WiFi Could be faster, and since there are lot of international guests, there could be some more warm food

The owners and staff were incredibly friendly, and the view of the lake was stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would love to go back. The food at the snack bar was also delicious.

Good location and great view, even quiet although next to the road.

Double bed was just 2 cheap mattresses pushed together and no covermattress, so they kept moving apart. So bed was only minus for us in that hotel.

I spent a much too short stay for the hospitality I found at this hotel.The room corresponds to the images on the website, the view from the balcony is spectacular, breakfast is varied and substantial, swimming pool, jacuzzi, private beach on the shore of the lake, parking on site.The town of Malcesine is the right place to explore the surroundings.I strongly recommend this hotel, for which a score of 10 is not enough. We will definitely come back.100 points with all my heart !❤️

Loved everything! Perfectly located, everything is in walking distance. Situated right by the lake, privat beach, pool & yacuzzi. Nice spacious rooms. Our family room had 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, what we loved. Great breakfast with stunning view from the breakfast room/restaurant. Wonderful ambiance, you feel like being a house guest. The couple hosting the hotel is absolutely lovely! Friendly and so helpful with everything! Lovely touch to make us start our day with a smile was labels at breakfast in our language. That was sweet, we appreciated it! The most enjoyable stay we've ever had in a small hotel like this, no doubt! So happy we chose this one!

The views from the hotel overlooking lake Garda are breathtaking, the breakfast was excellent, the staff really helpful, great location, would definitely recommend!

This hotel is so friendly and comfortable with fantastic views of Lake Garda from the spacious terrace, and the lake-facing rooms which also have balconies. Definitely recommend getting one of these. There is a swimming pool, jacuzzi and garden at the hotel and a lake side beach area on the other side of the road. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so much choice including different homemade cakes and savouries each day. You can also get drinks and substantial snacks, ice cream etc afternoon and evening. The owners and staff are so helpful and welcoming.

There was nothing we didn't like but the hotel does sit above the main road which you have to cross to get to beach area - might not suit some

Good location clean and friendly staff ???

The hosts were very helpful and friendly and all staff professional and friendly. The food in the hotel was great, lovely continental breakfast! The room we had was a basic room with balcony. Bed was comfy, room was clean and was big enough for me and my partner. Shower was great. View amazing. Cleaned daily. We only used the garden and swimming pool once, but really good. Lake just in front of hotel with private area to sit, read, sunbath and swim. Short walk to town Which is lovely. Set in the mountains so absolutely great if you love trekking which we do. We will return!

Nice hotel which had everything that we needed: lake view, nice breakfast, pool, hot tub and comfy beds. We absolutely loved our stay!

Private beach and pool were the best things there. There is dock on the beach so it’s easy to go swimming. The breakfast was good. The receptionist woman was very friendly. Parking place for car was included.

The room seems bigger on the pictures. For air conditioning you have to pay extra. The breakfast staff were not friendly. The beach is near but you have to walk very steep route to get there.

The room was EXTREMELY hot and the hotel charged for aircon which we did not realise until later in the evening when we returned to the room. When we looked into the welcome brochure it then stated there would be a further charge for aircon and that a member of staff would have to come into the room to turn it on which was uncomfortable as it was late in the evening and we were ready for bed. Peak summer you’d expect the aircon to be included in the price. Myself and husband both had very little sleep due to it being so hot which ruined the overall experience
