Very clean hotel ..sheets and towels changed regularly great breakfast pleasant and helpful staff our receptionist Gabpi was particularly helpful..

A kettle in the room would cut down on having to ask for hot water at times that may not suit staff

Super clean and nice rooms, the pool area was very nice and chill! The breakfast was very good with a freshly fried egg of choice on request.

Lovely family running the hotel. Great breakfast and the pool was fab. We had a room with a lakeside view which was stunning! Rooms were kept clean.

No kettle or fridge in the room. We took a travel kettle.

It is a well run family hotel, rooms were clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful.The breakfast choice was very good.The views from the pool and terrace were stunning.The walk to the centre of town was only 10 minutes.

Nothing that we didn't like however a fridge and kettle in the room would have been an added bonus.

The hotel was exceptionally clean with stunning views. The staff were lovely and the cleaners did an amazing and very thorough job not just in the rooms but outside on the roof terrace and pool area..

The only thing I could critise, but only a very minor issue, was that the shower wasn't very powerful.

The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. The pool was exceptional. The breakfast was delicious and the views were gorgeous. We think this is the closest hotel to the centre that is reasonably priced with a pool so that was a big plus!

The rooms are quite basic. The mirror in our room was positioned in a really awkward position so it should be moved. The walls are quite thin so the sounds travel easily

unfortunately the bathroom of the adjoining room was next to our bedroom and could literally hear everything going on in the bathroom

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view. The breakfast was amazing...loads of choice and very fresh. All staff were friendly, polite and helpful.

The hotel was on the main road so there was traffic noise, but not too late or too early.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were always greeted with a smile. We had a room with a balcony facing the lake . Beautiful sunsets.

Wonderful holiday for two??We were here at *Hotel Antonella* for 5 nights in September 2023. It was our second time at this beautiful hotel.We will be comming back!The hotel is very clean, the town Malcesine is a short walk from the hotel. Amazing view from most of the rooms to the lake.The staff is extremly friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was really great and delicious.There is nothing we can complain about. Everything is perfect.Thank you team Hotel Antonella!!!

Room was good with a lake view. Breakfast was good with much choice. The pool and area around was very nice. Staff very friendly.

No fridge in room.

Value of the rooms was not really worth the money. But I understand the pricing due to the season.

We had fantastic view from our room. There was parking inside the garage, just were the hotel is. The breakfast was also really good! Staff were super friendly!

The location of the the hotel is great and in a great walking distance to town. The room itself was lovely and clean, very spacious, and had the super added bonus of a balcony over looking the lake, it was nice to sit out in the evening.Be sure to try out the pizzas in the restaurant below, they were lovely.

If I had to pick a downside, it would be the distance to the carpark. Although I am able bodied, the walk with a suitcase was a little difficult and up a steep hill and into a olive tree area at the back of the hotel. It was more tan safe etc, was just a little difficult with lots of bags in the heat.

Pretty much everything. Underground car park. Beautiful pool area. Plentiful comfortable seating areas with wonderful views, (including roof terrace). Superb buffet breakfast. And great staff, from the management to housekeepers. The hotel also sits on top of probably the best pizzeria in Malcesine……il Gigi.

Nothing really. The bedroom was very generous although the bathroom wasn’t the biggest. A room fridge would have been nice to keep some chilled water, but it is only a 3 star hotel, so you can’t have everything.
