we walked out to the lake from our porch and swam when we wanted to. breakfast in am overlooking lake was great . walking distance to everything . parking with apartment

Location on the water, next to old town, walkable to everything.

Mattress comfort - felt like an old box spring mattress.

Laura at the check in was wonderful. She was friendly and professional. Our room was the Junior Suite and it was beautiful. The lake view was gorgeous.

It was a bit expensive. Parking was very tight, but it was right next door to the hotel.

The hotel was just perfect! Wonderful location right on the edge of the lake.! Extremely friendly staff- couldn’t be more accommodating! Clean, comfortable and inexpensive.

Excellent location easy walk into the town. Amazing views of the lake woule definitely return for this reason.

The locations and the views in this hotel are amazing. We stayed in the Junior Suite with a Lake view and I would recommend it to anyone. There was a great selection at breakfast and the service was fantastic. The owners and the hotel staff were very accomodating and welcoming, we felt comfortable the entire time. Breakfast views were also perfect!

It would have been good if we were able to use the breakfast/dining area for drinks in the evening as opposed to the font of house area. I think we would have stayed in that area for drinks of an evening if we were able to! This is a small suggestion to an otherwise perfect accomodation!

Loved it! Amazing view and deck right on the lake. Attentive service at breakfast and on the deck for snacks and drinks. Marco and his team were so friendly to us. Easy short walk to the centre of Malcesine. Wish we were back there now!

Staff were ALL magnificent. The room was very small - BUT - exceptionally well designed and led out to a large common terrace area.

A tiny thing, but the room had a small step up from the bedroom floor to the bathroom. At night it is a bit of a trap - I fell and hurt my knee for example. May I suggest a small ramp - it is only for one single step - this would avoid sore knees in the future.

We loved the exceptional location, the fantastic breakfast and moreover, the personal attention of the staff. It exceeded our expectations, we’ll come back!

Personel was a nice but not owner and hos rules. No one informed me about not eating in the room. So you ate bot allowed to eat inside the room and bottom bring many food from outside. I have seen this first time I was really not happy about it. Owner trying to be nice but has his wierde attitude alsohot tub was off at 8pm and outside was still nice and warm. Also I choose one day to seat on view side and he ask me to change table bcoz was reserved and was no one there for 1 h. From 11 at night front door to reception are close so need to go on back side. He is watching You 24h. Not happy with owner and his rules ? I won't be back to this hotel

On the lake, in town; close to everything.

Location is amazing. So close to the main restaurants and shops. The view of the lake is exceptional. Stunning hotel.

No tea/coffee maker in the room; only one pillow on the bed.

We were greeted with a warm welcome and this approach continued for the whole stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was beautiful, right on the edge of the lake and our balcony gave us spectacular views of the lake. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

The luxurious design is so chic and the attention to detail is second to none. You feel like you are the first people to stay in your room as the decor is immaculate and the cleanliness is the best we’ve ever observed. The breakfast offers a wide choice with something for everyone in a wonderful dining room overlooking the Lake and the lunch on the terrace lovely. The position of this hotel is breathtaking with a terrace that juts out into the Lake with amazing views. Our room had a lovely Mountain View which we enjoyed as an alternative to the Lake. The team at this hotel are friendly and helpful. It’s clear that everyone who works here is passionate about this beautiful hotel.

Nothing and I really don’t think anyone could find a fault

Excellent location; easy access to water / beachfront location is worth the premium $. Good breakfast and in the heart of a charming town.

As a heads up to guests checking in after a road trip with any carryover meals, no outside food is allowed on the property per the policy.

Location close to but not in the centre of Malcésine. It is on the lake and far away from the main road. Own car parking space 10 metres from the hotel. Lovely simple room with comfy bed and Door onto the terrace, with easy access to the warm pool and to the lake itself. Friendly, helpful staff who brought us drinks on the terrace if we requested them. Wonderful views across the lake and to the Harbour in Malcésine where the boats arrive

Location and room excellent. Lovely breakfast, perfect start for the day.

Quiet atmosphere

Fantastic staff, location and venue.

Hotel spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and in a brilliant location. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly. Amazing views from the hotel.

Pool is tiny and unheated. Given the lake is very cold all year round, it doesn't make much sense to have an unheated pool.
