    • Hotel Erika is perfectly situated to enjoying restaurants, shopping, and enjoying the lake. There is parking (for a fee and needs reservation) that was easy to access, so we could use our car during our stay. The breakfast was amazing- served in a beautifully decorated room with many selections including freshly cooked eggs and fresh squeezed juice. Most of all, Erika is simply the best host. She is so lovely and kind, and she truly cares about each guest in her hotel.
    • The host Erika, her mother and sister were fantastic and so sweet. Erika provided excellent restaurant recommendations and even some for our next leg of our trip to Verona. The hotel was a great experience and would definitely stay there again!
    • Centrally located to explore the area. Easy to locate. Good communication from the hostess. Friendly and welcoming and the best breakfast I have ever experienced when staying in a hotel. All you could hope for to start the day.

This hotel was spotlessly clean. Great location, just few mins walk into lovely centre and the stunning Lake. Fantastic breakfast. Family run business, were very welcoming and helpful. Would stay again for sure.

Exceptional hotel. We loved staying in this friendly family run hotel which was perfectly located close to the lake and the attractions of Malcesine but set back on a quieter road. Our room was very clean, comfortable and had an amazing view. We looked forward to the breakfasts every morning - a delicious spread including a vast range of fresh fruit, spreads, homemade juices, eggs to order, sweet treats in addition to the usual continental offering. Erika and her family were excellent hosts. We hope to return.

We would have loved to stay for longer : )

The hotel is in an excellent location, in a quiet street but a few minutes walk from cafes, restaurants, bars and a supermarket. It's also a few minutes walk away from a stunning lakeside walk with amazing mountain views.Erika and her staff were welcoming hosts who made us feel at ease. Erika was friendly and helpful, giving us local information and offering to keep our luggage until we were ready to leave.Breakfast was nice with a good selection of fruit and freshly cooked eggs. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay, Erika!

    Was all good.

Erika is the most hospitable host I've met. She greeted us when we arrived and remembered my name throughout the stay. The location was fantastic, right across the street from all the sites. Plus, the breakfast was incredible.

We got upgraded to room with the view of the castle and it was beautiful! The breakfast was amazing as everyone else has mentioned - I would eat so much that it would last me until just before dinner. The place has a really homely feeling to it and that's down to the service and friendly nature of Erika and her staff. The location of the hotel was super convenient as it's 5 minutes from the cable cart and 3 minutes from the main areas that's super nice. We found that malcesine was much nicer than all the tourist spots like riva del garda or sermione. It's also a bus ride away from castelletto which was a great spot to have dinner by the lake - highly recommend!

We love how clean and conveniently located this hotel is. Absolutely sparkling clean and meticulously maintained hotel with a very good breakfast. It is 2 minutes walk to the beach, to Malcesine castle and old cute streets with restaurants and bars. There is a parking right at the entrance of the hotel, also a garage spot can be reserved with the owner.

Cozy room, excellent location, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast

    Nothing!

    10johnPosted on: 6-14-2024

We were delighted with the location and especially Erika the owner. The breakfast room is extra large and the buffet exceptional...everything from eggs cooked to order, fresh fruits, meats, cheeses, breads, baked goods and healthy smoothies. The location makes everything walkable to her recommended restaurants, the castle and the funicular to the mountaintop. Underground secure parking is also a plus. Erika being extra friendly and multi-lingual makes it relaxing even for English-speaking guests too. We will be back on our next trip to Italy.

    Excellent breakfast and location.

No place to sot in the room, only the bed. Mattresses were uncomfortable- too hard.

    10AlanPosted on: 9-19-2023

Fabulous B&B, great location, outstanding breakfasts, lovely staff, parking & bicycles included. Erika was a lovely host! The breakfast room was amazing, such a fabulous experience.

    10DaniellePosted on: 8-13-2023

Very nice hotel with lovely breakfast each morning and excellent service. The room was great - very clean and had all the amenities. The hotel is also in a great location - very close to shops, restaurants and the cable car.

    7KhazarPosted on: 8-12-2023

Location: It was near the town’s center and close to the tele-cabin to the mountain. Parking: there is a large garage beneath the hotel where we could safely park our car. Cleanliness: the room and bathroom were clean.

There was no elevator, carpet on the floors and the tv was oddly placed in the room (top left corner of the ceiling which made it hard to watch tv).

A sensational facility run by very nice people. A very small family hotel. Clean, well-maintained, driven by passion.

This is not a classic hotel but a guest house. There is no swimming pool or similar facilities. It's not a problem for me, but it's worth remembering before booking
