Premises were nice

Location is at the top of the mountain with dangerous curves.The AC is not strong. It was August and extremely hot. The ac barely lowered the temperature and it would not work if windows were opened. We arrived at night, we stayed by the pool after breakfast and the receptionist was extremely rude. Apparently breakfast was all served early, after a few hours of sitting at the tables, cakes, bread was dry and hard. Eggs were old and cold.

Very welcoming and quiete. Nice staff and reception. Great food and breakfast. Large, beautiful room with view over pool and lake.

Nice view from the terrace 400m (~1300 feet) above lake Garda.There was large variety of food for breakfast.There is an outdoor pool, at summer it can be good.The toilet was separated from the bathroom.

It’s subjective but for us the bed mattress could have been a little firmer.

Comfortable rooms for family, great views from top, great staff, good breakfast and dinner options

Very spacious, west-facing double room with large balcony (2 sun beds plus table & chairs). Extensive dinner & breakfast menu as well as a pizzeria. Large swimming pool, an all weather tennis court, table tennis, large lawned grounds. Quiet location. 250m climb above the hustle & bustle of pretty Malcesine. Car recommended.

Very nice large garden and pool area, excellent breakfast, helpful staff, good pizzeria with fast and friendly service. Free parking on site. Great views from hotel.

Nothing but bear in mind the hotel is quite a drive up very narrow roads from the lake and walking is not practical.

Location, room, breakfast & grounds/pool were excellent but it was 38 degrees & the air conditioner wasn’t cooling. It just kept the temp at 28 degrees. They wouldn’t believe us that it wasn’t working so my 2 children & I had to sleep with the hallway door open for 2 nights to get some air flow. I was surprised how unwilling they were to believe us & fix the problem for the price of the accommodation.

Ambiance very nice ans quiet in thé middle of nature

All of the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and completely at your disposal. We loved them all. Incredible choice at breakfast, with gluten free options available for all meals. Rooms were lovely, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Shower was fab! Views were amazing! I can still see them now. Wonderful base to visit the beautiful towns and villages on the lake. We would recommend and would stay again.

For us, it was a little too far to visit areas such as Venice, verona, Mantua, outside of the lake. But we were travelling with an elderly person, and this probably wouldn't have been much of an issue otherwise. A car is a must to travel anywhere.

Whirpool was not working, cold water in a swimming pool

The receptionist was lovely and really helpful easy to get a taxi to town

You can’t just walk places it’s to high up the mountains so you have to get a taxi everywhere

Location with a panoramic view, spacious room, clean, modern bathroom, very good breakfast. The kind of place makes you want to return.

Amazing views , the rooms are huge, the bathroom as well , new furniture, new floor, a big terrace were you can enjoy to eat. Towels in a very good condition ( new and very well washed) and was changed every day. Good toiletries and if ask them , they provided more. Very good choices at breakfast, including prosecco .A lot space to park your car. Very quiet area.

The rooms was not cleaned properly ,sometimes the maid forgets to take the trash from the terrace or the bathroom. She forgets to refill the toiletries or change the towels. We were going to ask her and it was ok. In some places there are traces of spiders. Something should be put at the entrance from the terrace against insects, mosquitoes that enter the room (you are surrounded by the forest !!!) A little confusing to get there by GPS.

The scenery from this hotel is truly stunning. Breakfast buffet was vast, staff very friendly. I can't find a single fault to say about this property. It is a gem in the mountains. We can't wait to go back!

Lovely hotel in the mountains but super close to the city centre. Lots of paths and activities around it even without the car. The room size was bigger than expected and completely renewed. A special mention of the cleanliness, excellent. The breakfast buffet is very rich, with both salty and sweet options. A great thing is they welcome dogs :)

I felt like the offer of the restaurant during the evening could be improved in terms of food quality but everything was more than acceptable, especially for families.

Fantastic view and people working for the hotel were so accommodating, efficient and friendly.

Elevator doesn't work properly especially when with lugages, one person at a time. Walls rather thin, that you hear people walking pass your room, or the vibration of our door, when the neighboring doors are slammed. Air conditioning doesn't work from 10am to 2pm. Aircon closes down everytime you open your balcony, that at the beginning it's confusing, we ended up not having it for a whole night in a very warm period.. Fitness and spa area in the garage area.Personnel were extremely accommodating and friendly though.

Great location. Modern room amenities. Easy drive down to town. Large two rooms with separate living room and bed.
