We liked everything, the staff was very friendly, food was good, nice restaurant and the lake view. A few steps down to the lake, just wonderful

The staff was very kind. The restaurant serve really good food and they offer a fair breakfast for the value. Epic location and view.

No aircondition. But they offer 2 ventilators. A little wall fall inside the room.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel e Ristorante Cassone! The location is absolutely beautiful, in a stunning area just a couple of meters from the waterside. It’s conveniently close to a small shop and plenty of restaurants. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, always ready to answer any questions we had. We came to stay before our marathon and the staff prepared us a breakfast on-the-go since we would leave very early and miss the standard breakfast offered by the hotel. It was very kind and we appreciated it a lot.We truly enjoyed our time there and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful yet accessible getaway. Would definitely come back.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, wonderful cuisine.

Some technical problems should be fixed, but it was no a big issue.

In a good location. Delicious breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely.

The Location was perfect, Breakfast was good, The ground floor and restaurant were good and clean. Nothing like our room.

The room is in desperate need of attention and refurbishment. Shower too small, toilet seat broken and bedside plugs not working. The ceiling over the bed was all flaking.

Air conditioning and wi-fi advertised...had to ask for a/c to be put on...not really a/c more like noisy hair dryer. Wi -fi was there, then not, then there, then....room was very dated.

Rooms needs more love.. Furniture is too old and stained.. Room was with hairs under the bed and in the bathroom..

Good location. One of the few places with a family room for 2 adults and 4 children.

There has been no thought or effort whatsover to make this a nice place for the guests. I don’t mind basic, this is what we paid for, but one fan (that didnt work) for three rooms, uncomfortable beds, no bedside table nor lamps… spiderwebs and a leaking toilet. This was less than basic standard.

I really liked the parking and how close the hotel is to the lake.

The breakfast was pretty modest, to my suprise there were no tomatoes or cucumbers for a snadwich

The place is little bit narrow to parking. You have to be carefully. It is a restaurant too and the guests come with car, so need some logistics at evenings.

Genuinely Italian place. We had a room with a terrace. Restaurant is a world class. Room is not modern by any means but we liked that way.

A bit pricey but worth as it is truly genuine Italian place.

A good location with free parking on site. The breakfast was reasonably good. A choice of eating inside or undercover outside. A fish - based menu.

Apartment 1 had a few cobwebs. It was cold at night and we couldn't get the heating to come on. The 'double bed' was in fact 2 cheap singles with single duvets. The main criticism was the staff - they were NOT unfriendly, but they showed no warmth to us as guests at all and ignored us around the site! After friendly welcomes at our previous hotels/B&Bs, this was really disappointing and off putting.

In the breakfast, got served an expired boiled egg and there were problems with internet and communication (no signal) for my phone

The location is superb. The staff was perfect. The restaurant was very tasty and affordable.

Find somewhere else

Fighting in the carpark other guests peering in our windows from a shared balcony. Unable to communicate out concerns with staff so we left within half an hour of arrival.

The staff were exceptional, attentive, very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and quick, room was comfortable and clean. The location and surroundings were magnificent. The food and drink was delicious. A perfect holiday destination.

Good view from window.

Very old. Unpleasant staff especially at breakfast time. No warm water in the evening, just was at night. Music from bar was too late.

Loved the shared Terrence with lovely view. Staff very helpful and friendly .
