Beach Hotel Rosa

The location is phenomenal right in front on the lake on a beautiful area and very quiet, free parking and a good breakfast. Theres a pool but I didn’t use because of the weather. Also the restaurant downstairs is really good.

The room was quite small for a quadruple, the bathroom is also very tight.

Its really the best hotel on lake garda, we just loved it, the view, the pool, the breakfast, everything was great.

Attention when you drive up from the garage stay at the right side otherwise you will touch the ground with the car. I think the receptionist should tell this to all the guests at the check in than its no problem.

Hotel is situated near by lake, with private beach - it is important at Garda coast.Garage for cars. Breakfast good, big variety of dishes. Staff very kind and helpful.Fro people who like long walks, swimming every morning in pool.To Malcesine 30minutes walk (about 2,5 km), Spar market is close , and 3 restaurants also.

Small bathroom- problem with space to open doors. Some dirt under bed, no kettle in room, no glasses .Very noisy, you could hear neighbours, cleaning staff staredt from 8 am , so you could not sleep, also no circulation in room, if you opened window noise from the street during all day.

Location, helpful staff, bus stop outside to get into town, specialist sailing school facilities but would need to book those separately well in advance.

No bike hire available on site, had to go into town to hire bikes, would have been perfect otherwise.

Old and small, really small. Excepting the restaurant and the view, nothing enjoyable in the hotel.

Rooms a little basic and fairly compact bathroom.

Wish all the hotels could be like this - where ever I go :). The location is reachable also by public transport (shuttle bus from Malcesine) and the hotel beach is 50 m from your window - Val Di Sogno! The breakfast is excellent. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful - could not be better. Thank you for making our stay so unforgettable!

Amazing and helpfully staff across the whole facility. Location is absolutely fantastic, we also were given an opportunity of a free upgrade to a lake view, not to mention that we were also allowed to stay a bit longer on a check out day. If I get an opportunity to visit Malcesine again this hotel will be and remain a top of the top on our vacation list. Thank you to everyone for making it such a pleasure ❤️

Excellent location. Food was really good. Staff friendly. Views of lake Garda are superb. Getting a lake view is a must, if you come here.

Next to lake with private beach. Great outside pool with view. Tasty and rich breakfast.

Our room was besides to the pool’s technical room, which was noisy all the time. Small terrace was next to the tables from restaurant - no privacy.

Lovely little hotel, a very good price for such a clean and tidy hotel in a great location! The staff were all super friendly, welcoming and helpful and even made us a packed lunch when we left on the Saturday as our flight was before their breakfast opened. The location was perfect in the most beautiful quiet location, there is a bus that takes you into town but we enjoyed the 30min walk along the beautiful lake with plenty of bars to stop at along the way! Food was delicious and I found it easy to eat in their restaurant with a gluten allergy, and for breakfast they provided me with gluten free bread and cereals. As me and my partner only use a hotel as a base to sleep as we're out and about all day we went for this one as it was cheaper compared to other hotels in the area so didn't expect much but we were very very pleased with how clean and lovely it was and the friendliness of all the staff! 10/10 we'd love to come back here! ?Also definitely go for a Lakeview balcony room if you can as the views are amazing!

Didn’t like much about the property only the location

Staff were very rude to us I think it’s because we were English all the German travellers got treated very well.Our bed sheets had stains on, we couldn’t open our door fully in the bathroom it was so so small and very dark.Car parking was a nightmare only having a few car parking spaces and they were very very small and tight every time you went out you came back and couldn’t park.My son asked for a pool towel and got refused as we had one yesterday. Very rude owners or managers of the hotel we go to lake Garda twice a year and this is the worst hotel. We had a early flight on departure day but we were not aware that no one would be around for us to pay our bill at 7:30am. Please do not stay here it will ruin your holiday.

Perfect location, right next to the lake. The room was modern and comfortable. The restaurant pizza was the best that we have had in Italy!!

A little over priced for the size of the room. The shower was very small but everything else was great.
