    • The hotel and amenities were great. We loved the pool and the bar, evening entertainment was great. The staff were so nice. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring lake Garda. The kids loved the pool and very family friendly so they got to play with lots of other kids too
    • It was a good location
    • Good childcare. Nice pool, nice garden! Location good, you could even walk to the town if you want

    Cons -

    • You should allow pizza in the evening to be served anywhere in the bar area and not just in the designated pizza area. That felt like a rule that made no sense. You should add a jacuzzi to the pool area. And add free weights/dumbbells to the gym. Also if you have a shuttle you should use it more. The shuttle was never convenient. Should be every hour or even on demand - call for pickup. The town is so far to walk all the time so the shuttle should be more accommodating
    • I would rate it as a 3 star, no drinking glasses in my room, no kleenex in my room, no coffee or tea machine in my room. Food in restaurant was ok nothing to brag about. No sun umbrella on my terrace
    • Dinner is a bit expensive , we ate outside!!!

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Big area, a lot of things for children.

Staff were not responding to the problem of missing WiFi in the room. Felt hotel was too big for individual needs to be cared for.

the playground for kids and the pool were good.

the area was full of mosquitos. the dinner buffet was very diseappointing for 23 euros for an adult . the breakfast wasn't the greatest.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating to all requests. The breakfast boasts a great selection of foods - sweet and savoury.

Very disappointed in the lack of free drinking water available on site especially during 34+ degree weather. To get a small overpriced bottle of water by purchase from the bar ONLY, and no bottles in any room was beyond disappointing and very poor for the price we paid to stay at the hotel. Also, the air conditioning units in the rooms are in much need of updating. The location is severely questionable (underneath the curtain so all cold air is lost) and the unit itself is so outdated that it would rattle after a couple hours use. Not helpful at all during the hot nights.

The rooms were clean. There was a fridge in the room. There were a number of activities available eg tennis, mini golf, table tennis.

The air conditioning was inadequate. There wasn’t a proper shower - a shower curtain over a bath is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel charging these rates. The decor in the rooms was tired and outdated. The price charged was excessive given the quality of the rooms and the inadequate air conditioning- we stayed in much more luxurious 4 star accommodation elsewhere in the region for much better rates.

Pool area was very nice. Very good staff. Good breakfast buffet.

Air conditioning was quite weak, restaurants only open until 21.00. Quite expensive given the location of the hotel.

Great Location! Hotel rooms and pools were excellent! Friendly staff and beautiful food

    - The infrastructure is great for kids and adults, with several pools, mini golf, a tennis court, and trampoline space.- The staff is kind and friendly.- The rooms are large with fantastic views of the lake and mountains.- The buffet offers a wide variety of choices.- A mini club is available from 10 am to noon and 3 pm to 5 or 6 pm.- The nightly shows, especially the Brazilian one, are excellent and worth the stay.

    - The only free drinking water is from the bathroom tap. Elsewhere, you must pay for water or use coin-operated dispensers.- There is no boiler or coffee machine in the room, so you must buy tea at the bar.- The hotel limits towels and toilet paper under the guise of being ecological but doesn’t recycle.- The mini club sometimes cancels activities due to low attendance, leaving kids indoors for hours.- The mini club doesn’t provide water, so you need to supply your child with a bottle.- The hotel shuttle to Malcesine operates infrequently, with the last ride around 5 pm.- Although the location is near to the city it’s still 15/20 walks to get there (might be a challenge with young kids). You might need to account for that and drive to the city despite being at the hotel.- The hotel caters primarily to German tourists. Most staff speak German, and their English is basic. Italian-speaking guests might struggle.- That last comment is more of a feeling from the general manager but he seems to shows a clear preference for German and Israeli guests, often ignoring others. On my first day the waitress of the bar was struggling to understand what I wanted (I spoke Italian and English) and she did some back and forth with the rest of the staff to ensure she was provided the right thing. The head manager passed at that moment and looked at me with confusion (because I was close to the cashier, at least I assumed) I replied that I just needed some teas and it should be taken care of (I spoke in Italian) and he replied “I don’t care about that” he clearly was focused on something behind me but it’s the tone that took me aback. I witnessed during my stay how he would go out of his way to talk to German and Israeli tourists but barely look at the Italian ones (although I’m not even Italian).Overall, if you speak German and are looking for a family-friendly hotel, this place is ideal. Kids will have fun, and parents can relax.

It was a last minute booking and there wasn’t much choice. We needed something for one night and it seemed kids friendly so that was our main consideration. It’s not the type of hotel I’d usually go for.

Considering the price we paid I found the whole place very dated. Just all a bit meh. The clientele is either families or busses of old people. For just one night it didn’t matter to us. What really got me was how awful the coffee was at breakfast. It’s Italy after all! I didn’t expect a barista service but what came out of that machine was undrinkable. Also the air condition was just as old and barely copped with the temperature.I would not stay again.

Very friendly stuff, good value for the price

Some facilities like the playground needs to get a maintenance.

    Kids club, kids activities

Room was 100 degrees, despite turning off heating system. Imposible to sleep

    Lovely location

The playground and indoor play area outside where dirty. The play group inside seemed like lovely people but I never felt I could really leave my child. The buffet options never made us want to stay at hotel for dinner which was a shame.

Perfect for family of all ages.. small journey to the centre and silent at night. Lots of pool options and outdoor activities. the kids club was amazing for our one and 7 year old, we had to drag them away. Beautiful room (we had a junior garden suite) and everything was so clean. Housekeeping made swans every day for the kids beds which they loved.

Food was a big let down for us, lots of buffet options at breakfast but it was the same every day with only a small selection of hot food. It was fine, we wall had a little something to start the day but nothing to get excited about. We chose to dine in one evening and wished we hadn’t, it was buffet style again and I feel like it was overbooked so getting food for the kids first was mayhem.. we were literally being pushed out of the way in the queues, the food quality wasn’t amazing, we settled with simple pasta dishes and the kids enjoyed dessert before we retreated to our room. We ate for the same price at the next night at the grill (3courses with wine) and it was delicious.

    Very clean staff very attentive

Outside pool was very cold, shuttle bus should run more often to Centre, not enough choice of food for children
