Hotel Querceto Wellness & Spa by Double Hospitality

The breakfast and dinner was excellent with a fantastic view from the restaurant. The location is a couple kilometers above the coast. If your mission is to have a relaxing spa day you will have chosen the right hotel. If you wish to explore the coastal towns their shuttle service will provide access to only one village. Take the ferry to Limone, it is a worthwhile side trip!

I rented a car. There was plenty of parking space in back of the building. I feel the parking should be included in the hotel price. Parking fee is 10 Euro/day.

The location, along with the hospitality of the reception and housekeeping staff, was good

We lost two days of sleep due to the air conditioning not working, and the attitude of the restaurant staff was poor

We loved everything about Hotel Querceto, it was the perfect relaxing stay for us.

The Breakfast could be improved upon and needs refilling at regular times as it was very empty a lot of the time and we had to ask staff to refill things.

We LOVED every single second of our stay. We went for my partners 30th birthday. We very very kindly got upgraded for free to a suite with lake view.. which honestly made our stay so incredible! Everything was perfect. Lovely staff, amazing food and just overall 10/10. We fell in love with the hotel and lake Garda itself and both agree we will remember this holiday forever

Treated ourselves to a higher than usual standard of accommodation. Fantastic spot for a Lake Garda stopover. Terrific staff, beautiful food, location location location! Tricky access if you leave it to your gps, but interesting exposure to Italian backroads!

Hotel Querceto is simply a gem of a hotel. It is wonderfully situated in the mountains so it provides stunning views & magnificent peace & quiet. This, coupled with the excellent indoor & outdoor Spa facilities makes it a superb place to visit.Valentina & the rest of the staff did so much for us to make our stay such a pleasurable one. They really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable & happy. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a really superb experience.

Beautiful views . Very nice staff who could not be more helpful. Spotless clean and daily room clean . Daily complementary shuttle into the local village . Nice breakfast available . Nice trail walk down to the village . We had a modern room with nice shower . Indoor and outdoor spa available daily . Dressing gowns available from the hotel daily .

Would be nice to have more comfortable outside seating on low chairs . Possibly a later shuttle available back to the hotel .

Unbelievable views from the hotel, truly breathtaking. Hotel is super clean and the beds are super comfy. Please note quite a narrow windy road up to the hotel but no problem if you have a car. Parking is charged additionally at 10 euros per day which is a little annoying given the location, should be included in the price. Outdoor spa is a special added touch overlooking the lake, we booked in each day to unwind from a busy day. Indoor spa also lovely however we didn’t use as much due to the lovely weather and wanting to make the most. Breakfast was okay if you have a sweet tooth. Plenty of meats and cheeses also not again extra charges if you wanted a omelette which was abit disappointing.

Room from view not great, location a bit of a slog to and from town but perfect for a quiet escape.

Rooms were modern, tidy and overall fantastic. Breakfast was good and staff very welcoming. Spa, bar and facilities were great.

Amazing views from the outdoor spa and restaurant. Room was comfortable and had been updated compared to other areas of the hotel . Nice to have access to the spa facilities each day.

Some areas a bit dated. Should not be described as Mountain View as there was no view from the room (only onto the road and car park). Our room was next to the lift which was noisy all through the night. Be warned- everyone in the indoor spa was naked which we were not expecting!

The hotel was simply perfect, everything about it was just the best, the amazing views, the staff, the service all 5 stars from us. The manager and his staff where all amazing and deserve so much credit for the service they provide.

Staff superb. Very attentive and available when needed. Rooms spotless and well kept.

Lack of healthy choices at breakfast. Some amenities were not in use (pool bar, outside jacuzzi not heated etc). Lack of choices in hotel bar. Private spa options overpriced. Some elements of the hotel appeared tired and dated.

Great location if you want to find the peaceful retreat with a beautiful view of the lake. Spa is good, but not great. Friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast with exceptional view of the lake.

Some hotel interiors details could use some upgrade and maintenance.

The room was pretty and decor brand new! Beds were comfy. The staff was extremely helpfull and kind. They gave good tips for restaurants etc. The restaurant La Stua was nice with an amazing panoramic view! I ate ravioli and it was incredible! Spa was okay and finnish sauna was a nice suprise!

The pool was not heated so it was quite cold to swim but combined with finnish sauna it was great!The location at the top was a bit challenging but doable with the hotel shuttle.

The hotel is set in an exceptionally beautiful area and has a nice pool and outdoor space

The hotel has rooms on the 1st floor that should not be sold as standard rooms, but as sub-standard, given there is no view (although on booking.com they mention mountain view). We have selected a normal room without knowing all this and were told at reception that we should have selected “premium” since standard is low quality. And it was the case. However, the price is huge for the standard rooms.

The views were incredible. We were upgraded to deluxe room with balcony over the lake and the pictures dont do it’s justice. The breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choise. Access to spa is a big bonus but the free shuttle bus is even more convenient

The room itself felt a little small, not much room for your suitcases and no bin. The garden furniture would use an upgrade.
