great continental breakfast. Nice views from room. Clean and comfortable. Parking available was a bonus! Located across from the promanade which had spectacular views across the lake.

Was sort of difficult to find the path down to the lakeside promenade at first. Got yelled at by Hotel Du Lac for trespassing on their property to get to the promenade!

Location, facilities, breakfast and stuff were all very good, so we had a very relaxing stay.

Although, we liked it and we were very comfortable, it was quite expensive for the services and facilities

The room was small and the bathroom tiny, but modern and clean, so it worked fine.

Lovely modern hotel with garden and parking, close to shops and restaurants (15 minutes walk - lovely walk by the lake). We had very nice breakfast, the hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable. And big thank you to excellent staff. We will definitely come back.

Nice, new hotel close to the center of Malcesine. Rooms spacious and clean. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The area around the hall with a nice swimming pool and garden.

The room did not have any blankets only a sheet and the AC was not warming up the room.

It is a 15 minute walk into Malcesine.We really missed having tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. V clean , has parking and a short was down to Malcesine front. Female receptionist was amazing. V friendly and helpful. Our air con wouldn't work and she got it sorted for us. Waved us off when we left. Lovely outdoor pool not heated. Could get drinks from reception. Breakfast had lots to choose from and replaced quickly.

Room was a bit of an awkward shape but clean and modern.

The property is very clean, very modern, cannot fault the location. 10 minutes walk to Malcesine centre. The staff left us a note on how to get to our hotel room as we arrived late at night, which was nice so they accommodate for late arrivals.

There isn’t a single thing to complain about, other than the beds. Very firm but however, everyone has difference preferences for the type of mattress they prefer.

Myself and my partner stayed for a week here, we throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond to help us with advice about Malcesine and surrounding areas. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short 10 minute walk into malcesine along the lake promenade, and with the use of the free provided bikes we were a 5 minute cycle to the spar supermarket in the next village. The room was perfect, comfortable and clean with views of the lake and trees from the balcony and views of the mountain drop scenery behind. Our week stay here was everything we could’ve wanted and more, this hotel provides an excellent base for Malcesine and thus accessing and exploring surrounding towns and areas such as Limione, Riva del Garda and use of the cable cars for Monte Baldo. There is a bus stop located approximately 3/4 minutes along the road, with regular buses travelling both north and south of the lake.

No shower soap provided, air con very noisey and the hotel was noisey. Could anyone walking around in the rooms above or walking up and down the stairs
