Hotel Modena old town

Location Staff is great we had issue with the AC and they fix it really quick

This boutique hotel was wonderful for our stay in Malcesine! The staff were so friendly and helpful and made our first experience in Europe easy. Centrally located to everything!!

Amazing location to explore Malcesine, right in the old town. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfy, the complimentary breakfast was amazing. Luggage storage and parking options were also available.

Nothing that I didn't like in particular. Perhaps that I got a two single-matress double bed instead of a a single double mattress bed. Ut it's ok.

Great location. Staff was exceptional helpful and friendly. The young lady working reception was extremely helpful with getting our e-bikes placed for charging and helping with finding a great dinner nearby.

The only thing we missed was tea making facilities in the room. Everything else was very good. Rooms were spotless, Hotel was bright and airy....the staff were lovely.....location was perfect.....and breakfast was more than adequate with cereals, yoghurts, fruit, meat, cheese, eggs, bread, pastries, preserves and a good selection of juice, coffees and teas.

It would have been nice to have access to a coffee machine/kettle at night......but apart from that, everything was great.

It really needs sound proofing. Walls must be paper thin and sound from outside also bad. Bathroom door desperately needed oil. Breakfast was very basic.

Absolutely brilliant team of 4 people. We would like to personally thank all 4, the gentleman on reception, the lady who is in charge at breakfast, the lady who helps with breakfast and made sure rooms were very clean, and the lady receptionist. To whoever owns this accommodation, we really hope you appreciate what a superb team you have !!

Clean, quiet, very nice and wide breakfast, perfext location in the old town very close to the lake. Loved it!

the location is absolutely perfect! - in the heart of the historical center, it allowed easy access to all the major attractions, shops, and restaurants, making our exploration of the city incredibly convenient.The receptionist Lucca was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He provided great recommendations for local sights and dining options. I also want to highlight the lovely lady - Doina at breakfast. She was not only attentive but also created a warm atmosphere that made our mornings delightful. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes, and her cheerful nature made it even more enjoyable.I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay in the city. Thank you for a memorable visit!

Location, location, location

Air conditioning could of been a bit cooler, bed a little more comfortable.

The owner is very polite and attentive towards the tourist’s needs.Thank you very much for maintaining comfortable temperature of AC in my room at such a hot days of my staying.The breakfast is great . Location - perfect!

There's music in the street opposite the Modena every other Sunday night which is very good but if you need your sleep ask for a rear facing room .

We were on gravel ride around Lake Garda. Great hotel in middle of town Good breakfast comfortable room. Very Bike friendly helpfull staff secure bike storage great restaurants nearby

Due to a booking error, which was nothing to do with the hotel, however the management were happy to correct the mistake with no problem. This is not a plush hotel, but the value fir money could not be bettered. Very convenient for the ferries and fairly close to the cable car.

Located in Old Town, all spirits, sounds, smells are full of history and you will never stop to admire the beauty. Very accurate, friendly, officiant, caring personal, excellent breakfast. The view from our window needs separate remind - the lake, castello, mountings and sounds of the old town! Absolutely perfect for our stay! Thank you! Definitely will recommend.

Location was excellent, really felt like I got lucky on this one! It was very central and great resturant and bars very close by.
