Amazing staff, food, location & facilities! We will definitely stay again!

Breakfast - I liked the option of freshly cooked eggs and view from extra paid rooms with lake view

Old rooms, elevator. Cleaning not greatly maintained. Parking - in the booking description it says garage and outside parking available, however in reality it is first come first serve with tiny space. One day woman from personnel was asking to move the car in a way we would be blocked from opening driver doors and blocked by another driver from leaving the place.

Loved the location, the rooms weee very clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious as was dinner at their restaurant. Loved the easy access to beach

Everything~~~I was waiting to write. It is way beyond your exceptions. The hotel is 4 star hotel!!!! The location is far from the center but you have shuttle bus so there is nothing to worry~~if there is rate more than 10 I will give that. For sure I will come back again since I am coming to Milan every season. Thanks for the wonderful services.

Staff was extra ordinary. Verry kind and helpful.

Only thing was that the cooler was nott working properly. But we did not need it, so it was no problem.

The receptionist very arrogant and unhelpful The room was ok but one of the beds was very small Went to ask if we can get another bed or a bigger room was told no without looking The waiting staff especially a guy at breakfast very unhelpful

Everything was amazing

Staff were super friendly, hotel was spotless, rooms spacious and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful and offered freshly cooked eggs every day. Hot tub was a real bonus on a rainy day, really enjoyed our stay

Pool area not very inviting and no sun beds to hire on the lake, a little far out from the main town so dining choices were limited

Restaurante had a great food availability for parking was good and staff very helpful

The location is stunning. Waking up to the view of the lake and the mountains was priceless. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy, especially all the pastries! What a gem this place is. We will definitely be back.

Firstly we were late to check in as our flight was delayed and owners/manager stayed up late and sorted us a parking place. Genuinely even though we spoke different languages the owners/ staff seemed to care. Also imagine first week of school holidays and no one or only a few people using the pool with the views of the mountains. Great location to explore Lake Garda and water sports on doorstep or a small drive to various centres, can try everything. For school holidays this is a great option. Great little tunnel to avoid road. Also we visited Venice by Road as well as the Dolomites. Hotel exceeded expectations as long as you are realistic in them.

The view was absolutely breathtaking, the food is delicious, but most of all - the staff! Tobia and the whole team make it an amazing experience.

The staff was incredibly friendly and all our requests were heard and fulfilled! The food was really good and the panorama while having your meal was breathtaking!

This is a really nice place to stay on holidays. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very nice and have an incredible view. There is easy access to the beach on the lake shore. There are lots of opportunities for water sports including Kitesurfing right in front of the hotel. The breakfast is good and the restaurant is quite ok for lunch and dinner.

The hotel is a little bit away from the nearest town Malcesine but there is a bus each hour (with a gap of about 2 hours in the afternoon). The pool area is ok but could do with a little renovation. There is no bar or snack area at the pool, which is understandable as there were never more than 2 or 3 people at the pool on the 2 occasions we went there.

Easy access to beautiful the beach of lake Garda with its clear nice water. A surfer's paradise, with a lot of surfing activates on the lake due to good wind in this area.Breakfast was very good, contained a lot of different things, not only cakes that is common in Italy. :-) Service minded staff. Nice AC in the room that was not loud as it is on many places.

The parking was always almost full, and the last parking spaces was very small. But that is kind of expected in this kind of area on the mountain. Good food in the restaurant, but a bit expensive. There is no really close by restaurant alternatives, since it is a bit outside the village.
