The warm food for breakfast was (boring) the same every day (scrambled eggs, bacon). Would be better if the food was changed up for other options.

Limited facilities, the booking info implied this might be a busier hotel with bar and restaurant, food available etc. It was very quiet with only breakfast available food wise. The bar was some seats outside the reception desk, nice enough but not how it sounds when you read about the facilities.The hotel was pristine but so quiet and a tad clinical, no music at breakfast for example made you feel like you had to whisper, which was a shame as a little atmosphere would have made this a more pleasant experience.Reception staff very pleasant but don't tell you much other than breakfast time and how to get in at night.It's a slightly further walk to malcestine than anticipated, easily 40 mins (we are fit regular walkers), although it's a very beautiful walk but just means you can't nip into the centre.

Accommodation and services fully met our requirements. The breakfasts were excellent, a buffet with a wide range of food including fresh fruit. Hassle-free and safe parking.

A bit far from city center and redtaurants

Nice hotel in an excellent location, one minute walking from a small beach, 30 minutes walking from the center of Malcesine (or 5 minutes by car).Room big enough with all the necessities, very good and various breakfast.

If I have to say something, the tv in the bedroom is extremely small and the quality of the image is very low. In my opinion, it would make more sense not put any tv rather than that one.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is right beside the bus stop if you do not want to go to Malcesine old town. The breakfast was excellent with lots of selection in a lovely airy dining area. We checked out and we’re able to stay at the pool until the afternoon. Highly recommend.

We ordered extra pillows when booking with booking.com but had only 2 extra pillows left for 4 adults. We are from Ireland and all use at least 2 pillows each. Did not sleep very well due to 1 flat pillow.

probably the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Small, cosy and very clean. The breakfast was magnificent and the staff very helpful. We want to come back next year for longer than 3 days?

Really close to Garda Lake (1 min by walk), free and safe parking, nice pool with jacuzzi jets, really tasty breakfast, lovely and helpful receptionists, big balcony with side view at lake (depends on room), bike-room
