View from the room is amazing. Beds are very comfortable. Everything is very clean. Rolling shutters allow full dark at night. There is a closet, a fridge, a table and chair, all well thought. Balcony is wonderful.Breakfast delicious with fresh cold cuts, bread and croissants. Delicious eggs to order.Andrea and the lady at the reception are really friendly, attentive and doing a great job. Parking just at the door of the hotel free of charge.Bar at the hotel has the same amazing views as the rooms but a drink there is worthy!There is a beautiful pebbles beach just crossing the road under the hotel. From the same beach there is a paved way to the city center which offers tons of restaurants, shops, and bar with a very nice atmosphere.Thanks Andrea for everything. Greetings to Mathia. There is noise from the cars on the road under. Its reduced from midnight to 5 am. However, the great value of the hotel and service compensates for the noise

Thin walls so hear everything in neighbouring rooms (like door to bathroom, toilets flushing etc) so bring ear plugs

The property was very clean and we had an amazing view over the lake from our balcony where we would have breakfast. The staff is welcoming and they helped us a lot with some information about the transportation as we didn’t have a car.

A small fridge in the room would be very helpful.

Attentive staff, deck with a view, great breakfast including espresso and eggs, good air conditioning.

Shower stall a bit small and no shelf in the bathroom for toiletries.

Room with a lake view - stunning! We just wanted to enjoy the evenings on the balcony. Everything was clean, staff was friendly. The only thing missing was a small fridge in the room, as it was quiet hot outside, but we could get ice to the room instead.Malcesine town - a nice walk by the lake far, around 10 minutes.

I simply fell in love with the place. It felt cosy, the staff was very nice and professional without getting into false flattering. The location is literally 50m from the beach with a great beach restaurant 60m away. The breakfast in the hotel had limited variety, but good quality, really freshly made. The cleanliness was impeccable. Really recommended!

Great location, very clean room, friendly stuff, wonderful breakfast, excellent coffee in the morning. And, of course, fantastic view over the lake Garda. Just in front of the hotel - not overcrowded beach, and a sort of promenade, so that you can enjoy walking to the heart of Malcesine. Comfortable parking for a car. We came to celebrate birthday - and all was just perfect.

We had a wonderful stay in Malcesine at this property! The rooms were very modern and clean, with a balcony overlooking stunning Lake Garda. The staff carried our heavy bags up the stairs to our rooms, which was extremely helpful. There is parking right at the property which is a short walk along a pathway to the town. We were able to purchase a few beers at the property and enjoyed happy hour on their deck overlooking the lake. Breakfast was included and they made eggs to order as well as coffee drinks and other breakfast staples. It was clearly a well-maintained and well-run property that we would love to return to!

Clean and modern, great breakfast and stunning views. Close to the lake and the boardwalk into town - a walk that takes about 5 minutes. Wish we stayed longer!Friendly and professional staff!

This is a super gem hotel! Spotlessly Clean, VERY comfy and cosy. The greeting and manners were superb. Truly. Carrying our bags and being gentlemanly in letting my GF walk first. Really good service on a human level. Room was spacious enough, bathroom great and shower powerful and hot! We loved the balcony on to the Lake - great views despite a rainy day! Parking excellent - right there on site 20 seconds to the room. Breakfast was great - excellent range and cook you fresh eggs (not just the buffet type!) It's a 10 minute stroll Malcesine but it was lovely - 5/6 mins to the road that takes you to the cable car for Monte Baldo. You could tell this hotel wanted you to have a great experience. They put heart and soul into it. So Grazie Mille.

Lovely view from private individual balconies, breakfast available inside or outside depending on weather, bathroom modern, beds comfortable, a bit of a walk to historic center, but very easy & pleasant on the via Paina promenade by the lake. A 3* location if you don’t mind no elevator.

No elevator, but we were on 1st floor & they offered assistance.

Good location with stunning view of the lake! Friendly staff! Good breakfast. 10 minutes slow walk right by the lake to center of old town! Live turtle in the yard!

Take it to consideration that you are booking hotel right by the busy road. Might be a bit noisy.Shower head was a challenge to deal with.But overall great for short stay.
