Air conditioning failure the first sleepless night, apathetic and rude staff.Moved to a different room the next day but refused to adjust thermostat to 26. Room temperature 27 for another uncomfortable night. Refused any partial refund. Booking.com not helpful.

Nice old classical building and has some charm and authenticity. The staff were helpful and professional.The dinner was outstanding

The air conditioning didn’t work!The fridge didn’t work!I slept under a damp towel to stay cool.The shower is not big enough for an adult. It is very difficult to wash. If you were larger sized you could not use it.

Good option for an overnight stay on our way to Venice. One of the very few with family room. Breakfast included.

We spent here only one night, but our stay was really good. We had family room (bedroom, living room and bathroom), where was enough space for 5 of us. We made our reservation quite late before check-in, but everything was prepared. Young man at the reception was very kind and helpful.

Breakfast - we are not used to have sweet breakfast, croissant and nutela or jam and two pieces of ham and 1 piece of cheese is definitely not enough for adult man.

Impeccable hotel. It was a great location for me as a stopover as I was travelling through the area. The staff and owners were all extremely hospital, friendly, and helpful to me. Top hotel!

Tatiana, the receptionist, was wonderful and really helpful, as well as the man serving us at the breakfast. We could park our motorbike behind the hotel, which was awesome. Tatiana even managed some dinner and beers for us even though the restaurant was closed that day.

Room for 4 people (suite) quite spacious with a separate bedroom. Quiet surroundings. Nice host. Place to store bikes.

Great location for break during trip to the west of Italy.Clean, comfortable bed, helpful staff, nice breakfast service. You choose the breakfast you want, whether traditional Italian, English or whatever. The opinions of others who complained about the breakfast are probably due to the lack of good communication with the waiter. Well, it's worth learning languages, or use a translator as a last resort ???

The room was large enough and comfortable for a family of 4.The hotel restaurant is good value for money and with great service.

The breakfast was very small, the aircondition could not be adjusted and the tv did not work.

We arrived at the hotel late evening (approx. at 21). We had a bit of a problem entering the hotel, and even though the man at the reception saw us, he left us to figure it out on our own. The air conditioning in the room was set to 20 degrees, which could not be turned off or adjusted. The fellow travellers had it set to 27 degrees without possibly changing the temperature. A restaurant was supposed to be part of the hotel, but they refused to make us dinner. Breakfast is typically Italian; we had ordered a gluten-free breakfast, which they forgot. The service was not very friendly. When leaving the dining room, the curtain with the curtain fell on us.

Clean rooms, nice staff, good breakfast with excellent hot chocolate at it!

Hotel clearly needs refreshment to make price and quality match better.
