- Simple rooms, simple breakfast.
- The restaurant downstairs did not meet our expectations. The owner bragged about Napolitano style pizza, but it was nowhere near the pizza we expected. We were disappointed...

Really nice staff, did a vegan pizza for us for dinner which was good. Bed and bathroom were a really nice size.
I liked the nice hosts and the cozy atmosphere. We also had dinner there, which was very good after a long hike we enjoyed the simple and Italian hospitality.

The restaurant was just amazing. The food is super good!
The rooms are clean and for the price absolutely OK, but not too comfortable
Lovely people who run this hotel/restaurant Clean and comfortable roomGreat restaurant Reasonably priced
The staff were really kind, the hotel is in a residential area so you have all this to take in you could say the room was basic but so very clean and a good with bidet. The great thing was the restaurant with fantastic typical Italian that was full of locals
Great bathroom.
Spartan 70s decor with no kettle fridge side tables etc
Very clean and good location. Great breakfast!
Good place for a stop over. Bedroom was spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful to book a taxi.

Communication with staff was amazing all time. We arrived late at night and they were there to support us :) Quality price is more than excellent and location very quite a few minutes by car from Bolonia. Room is big, WIFI is OK, a powerful conditioning air and fridge, perfect for summer :) Breakfast it's included and it's really good! Again, thanks to all staff for making us feel at home.
Unfortunately we only spent there one night and couldn't eat at restaurant! next time for sure :) Grazie!
Room was fine, bit old fashioned and basic but OK
No car park. Had to park in front of the hotel on the street, which we could not do at first. Managed to move car later when street was quiet but someone had been messing with the car. As we were en-route to our holiday car was full of our belongings but with car shades so people could not see inside. Kept checking car after that.
The staff were exceptional- could not fault them- super friendly and efficient. I ordered drinks, they helped me take them to our rooms. We ate dinner there- we ate in the dining hall at the back of the building - food was excellent (had pizza, pasta and a meat platter, which the three of us shared. Had breakfast in the breakfast room - was good.
Beds were too hard for me- really hard. This was not the fault of the hotel, but there was a party going on outside and it went on until midnight. We were getting up early to do our stage 2 of the Via Degli Die so it was annoying. Apart from this the hotel exceeded my expectations- I normally don't stay in this type of hotel but had little options in the area- I wasn't expecting much but it turned out to be really nice!
We were hiking and it was difficult to get a taxi to take our luggage to the next stop. It is off the highway so if you are hiking it is over a mile from the trail into town.
A budget-friendly and clean accommodation near Unipol Arena, ideal for attending events. The owners were kind and helpful. The place was really quiet and peaceful.
The room was a bit old, albeit clean. However, it had a peculiar smell that couldn't be eliminated even by opening the windows.
We came for one night, the room met our expectations. It was clean and had everything we needed.
Staying for a layover after first leg of Via Degli Dei, the room had everything we needed. The shower was great. Comfortable bed. Central to Sasso Marconi. Great restaurant and bars down the road. Friendly staff, and basic but decent breakfast.NB: for those doing VDD, it's relatively easy to get back to the track but it adds an hour onto your journey so we advise to adjust your walking plan accordingly.
They kept hold of our passports instead of taking a photocopy, which is always a bit disconcerting (but I understand it happens in various places).
Incredibley friendly staff, clean spacious room, great resting point after our first stint of the Via Degli Dei. I’m vegetarian and my partner is vegan and the staff went out of their way to provide a great breakfast for us. We also had our dinner here on the night of our stay and the food was wonderful!
Large bedroom with great views . A lovely restaurant . Friendly staff . Our first stop off while walking the Via Degli Dei
The room was absolutely fine and clean, with big windows and even a balcony. Also the woman who serves breakfast (a small mixture of sweet pastry, with juice and fresh coffee) is amazing and very sweet.
The walls are very thin, I heart every spoken word from my neighbor room - and construction works woke me up at 6 am. Also I would not recommend to have dinner in the restaurant. Even compared to prices in cities like Bologna it was relatively expensive and prepared with no love and not really delicious. It was okay for not being hungry anymore - no more and no less.
