The staff is super friendly and helpful - Maximilliano made our stay wonderful with his recommendations and goodwillThe room was comfy, big, clean, and well-equipped!Especially like the shower with the hot steam system!The location is right on the bus station and it helped navigate to every point we needed.Overall it was an amazing experience and is highly recommended!

The SPA area and the hot tub were a bit colder than expected.

The food was excellent, the location was perfect.

Ttally NOT RECOMMENDED!!!Big name, high price but not worse it! Food is not good, tiny portions, no any choices.! Breakfast is so very poor compare to other 4 star hoteks in the area! NO ANY SUSTAINABILITY !Water on 3rd floor dont get warm after 10 minutes flowing. WHAT A WASTE of water!!!Most Stuff were grumpy and not friendly, not even asking whether food is good or not!!!Earlier we stayed in next village in Mountain Design Hotel EdenSelva, also 4 star, it was amazing: rooms are super modern, shower excellent, breakfast amazing.Staff was soo friendly and attentive

Worst experience of my life

This was, without a doubt, the worst experience of my life. There was almost no air circulation or air conditioning, the man at reception was shockingly rude, there was no drinking water available, and the place was full of insects. My family and I were counting the minutes until we could check out. An absolute nightmare from start to finish.

Everything is perfect in this hotel!! The front desk is SUPER nice to us. The room has a balcony with awesome view. Free parking space. Close to all trails and cable car stations.Thank you again for the lovely front desk recommending us to go to Col Raiser and to Seceda. This option is less crowded with greater view. Highly highly recommend this hotel. Clean, pretty, nice, welcoming, everything.

We had a great stay here. Hotel is in great location, close to bus stop, also close to main viewpoints. Hotel is newly renovated with amazing swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Huge thanks to front office manager Max for excellent service and extension of our stay on last minute.

Everything was excellent - Pool, spa, miniclub, breakfast, communication (bus stop just outside) and service.

It would have been appreciated with an a’ la carte alternative to the fixed buffet dinner but there are good restaurants around.

Excellent location for skiing. short waling distance from the lifts if you don't want to wait for the ski bus. The Spa was very nice - the kids enjoyed it very much. breakfast was very nice.

during the ski season where everyone eats breakfast at the same time the staff had a hard time keeping up.There was no option for late checkout or to shower in the Spa after the ski.

We loved the staff in the hotel friendly and helpful, hard working with keeping the hotel rooms clean everyday and keep the wellness area pleasant. We want to bring special thank you to Christina Leonardo and the fun gentleman work at the bar who are great company to our 6 year old. We also loved the variety and quality of the diner.

Breakfast was of medium quality, not to the level of the hotel. Most time the buffet wasn’t refilled, glasses and bowls were unavailable and guests waste time waiting.

The lift was close to the location, ca. 350 m walking distance. You have a nice locker room where you can store the equipment. There is a decent spa area, you also have the possibility to book massages. The staff was friendly. The Gym is small but very nice constructed.Good working WiFi Connection. Clean and quiet rooms.

The breakfast doesn't offer much of a variety. If you are staying more than 5 days you kinda get bored of it. I was also expected more local treats to taste. The outside parking is directly on the street, so don't wonder if your car gets new scratches or gets dirtier day by day. In theory you have the possibility of booking a spot in the garage. The Spa closes at 19:00 ... so, if you spent the whole day skiiing there is not that much time remaining for you to relax. You can use the outdoor whirlpools if you don't mind the not very clean water inside of them. The Sauna located inside is a little bit smelly.

This hotel offers an excellent location, conveniently close to the ski lift, making it ideal for winter sports enthusiasts as we are. The staff, particularly the breakfast crew (special Marco) are exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.The spa amenities are good with a thoughtful design that includes a textile-free area for adults, separate from children and individuals who prefer a more private atmosphere. This adds to the overall relaxation and tranquility of the space.The beds are very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of activities. Overall, it’s a good Hotel.

Our experience at this hotel was far below expectations. Starting with the room, it was very small, lacked a balcony, and came with absolutely no basic amenities. The minibar was empty, and not even water was provided. At night, everything was closed, leaving us with no options to purchase essentials. It’s unacceptable to expect guests to bring everything themselves.Despite paying the same or even more than other guests, we received no upgrades, while others did. We specifically booked a garage for charging our electric car, but the facility was poorly managed. On the last day, I had to wait 1.5 hours for staff to move cars just so I could access my own vehicle. If there are only 16 parking spaces, the hotel should rent out only 16 spots to avoid chaos. This mismanagement caused a significant delay and inconvenience, especially since I needed to leave urgently.The dining recommendations from the hotel were equally disappointing. The pizzeria they suggested was the worst I’ve ever experienced—cheap ingredients and inedible pizza. The steakhouse had no understanding of how to properly cook meat, and staff were rude when feedback was provided. I was part of a group of 11 people, and everyone was unhappy with what we ate.Overall, all this things were frustrating and disappointing. The lack of organization, poor service, and absence of basic amenities made it an experience I wouldn’t want to have again.

We were missing more variety of hot dishes, also some quality italian cheese and salamis, deserts, etc for breakfast. It was not bad at all, but little bit simple and very common.

Their system of dinner, where you have only one menu per day, either you like it or not. Portions are ridicoulously small (I know that you have more dishes, but literally 5 gnocchi for main dish…).

Had to ask for basic amenities. Had to ask to get soap containers refilled. There were no cups or glasses or a container of any kind in the room to drink out of. They provided some cloudy stained plastic glasses for drinking from the bar. The bed was uncomfortable

Hotel in good location where bus station right outside. Most of the staff very polite eager to help and support but english language a barrier in certain cases. Ski room available, nice bar lobby with really polite and fun staff and the restaurant food was ok. Overall the atmosphere was nice with pool and hamam available for relaxing

Really uncomfortable bed/ couch in the living room area (we are a family of 4), extremely expensive for no reason, no coffee, water, in the room and towel quality low. While facilities such as pool, hamam etc was there it felt it was just spaces offered and not a 4 star hotel experience. Tip: Book early so you are not exposed at last minute choices like we did.
