The property is run by a family, not a corporation, and you can feel the difference. They are always present, working alongside the staff to create the best experience for their guests. We enjoyed meeting all of them, especially their adorable toddler. The hotel is spotlessly clean, designed for calm, and we just really enjoyed it all; the lounge area in the early evening, the delicious meals, the spa and the super comfortable room with a gorgeous view, the covered garage for our car. Just perfect.

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel for a skiing trip, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the room offered incredible views. The service was top-notch, and the food was both healthy and absolutely delicious. Plus, the spa was a fantastic addition that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a truly memorable getaway!

The place was very cozy. We definitely felt like at home. We enjoyed smooth self check in process (we arrived after 20.00). SPA was excellent, the room nice clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and attentive. It was such a nice gesture to offer an afternoon snack. We loved drinks of the day suggestions. We enjoyed honesty bar. I loved apples, oranges and nuts in SPA. It would be great to have them in honesty bar too. We had a great time! Thank you!

The hotel is in excellent condition, and the rooms are spacious with beautiful mountain views. The housekeeping service was outstanding, and all the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Every amenity felt luxurious, especially the spa, which was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking. Both breakfast and the linner were delicious and of great quality. The location was fantastic and has a bus stop right in front of the hotel. They even provide a QR code for free access to public transportation during your stay. I would definitely come back.

I loved the amazing facilities, especially the infinity pool. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the room was super comfortable and clean.

Location was perfect. Beautiful view of Ortisi from our balcony. Spa facilities were exceptional, as was the infinity pool. And the breakfast was THE BEST of a 3 week trek across Italy. Maria also gives you a bus pass that makes going into Ortisi so convenient. This place is all about the little details that make for a wonderful stay! A must stay for anyone wanting to be close to the Dolomites.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful hotel, very clean. Room was large, with a balcony and excellent view of Ortizei and mountains.Food is excellent, large breakfast and tasty complimentary light buffet at dinner.Easy access to Ortizei by bus outside the hotel (free pass offered by the hotel).The outdoor heated rooftop pool offered great relief after a long day outdoors.A great hotel offers everything we could ask for. We will definitely visit there again.

That the stay was too short.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to relax after a long day. What stood out the most was the excellent attitude of the entire hotel staff — always friendly, helpful, and professional. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. stunning views, great breakfast,the sauna facilities with infinity pool and different saunas are amazing, exceptional service, 5 minutes driving from Ortisei , we can’t wait to come back

Great place to unwind after a long day; featuring relaxing spa amenities and excellent food and drink. The doll theme makes a lot more sense when you learn about the woodworking history of Ortisei.

The shuttle ends early, making access to town difficult unless you have a car. Not a deal breaker though if you plan to spend the evening at the hotel to take advantage of the wonderful amenities.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and everything was wonderful. The design makes you feel like you are living in a cozy home yet with the comfort of a hotel. It feels like staying with family. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a stunning view, and the ‘Night of Stars’ experience was truly magical. They also offer private parking, a separate entrance, and self check-in which is very convenient if you arrive late

The only downside was that the ‘Night of Stars’ experience felt too short for the price. If it lasted around three hours instead of less, it would be perfect. And If you have to do activities the place is considering far away from many important place

Completely exceeded expectations. Both the breakfast and the "linner" (from 4pm-7pm) were fresh, tasty, varied and delicious. The view from the hotel was gorgeous, and we liked being out of the busy town but just a quick and free bus ride away. Staff was multilingual, friendly, very competent and welcoming. The spa was ever so relaxing after a full day of hiking, and the infinitely pool was beautiful. Guests were international, and ranged from honeymooners to middle-age couples with older parents, which was also lovely. Parking was also free, and we basically just let our car parked and used the busses instead of dealing with parking in town. Most highly recommend!

Good location and amazing view.

I first thought I was booking a 4 star hotel but upon my arrival the owner told me it was a B&B so I was shocked, especially when the room didn’t even have a kettle. Even the TV didn’t have one international channel, and when I asked about it I was given a defensive answer as to why they should only have Italian channels. The have too many strict rules that I felt like I was in summer camp, I couldn’t even take a slice of cake up to my room for my mom who can’t leave the room easily. Regardless of the views, these actions ruined my experience and my mood throughout my stay which didn’t allow me to enjoy.

This was one of the best hotels we ever stayed at. The hotel only had a few rooms so it felt intimate and cozy. The room was exceptional, really clean and had some details which were really nice. The breakfast was amazing, the spa area is also amazing. Also the hotel is outside the city so the views are breathtaking. We will definitely come back here.

The property was beautiful and the views were stunning. The breakfast and “linner” (lunch/dinner) included was very good and a great surprise.The staff were wonderful and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

The staff was sensational. The hotel is very very clean. Location is fantastic. Friendly staff perfect breakfast and the afternoon free snacks are great and no need to spend money on dinner. Must go there again.

This place is perfect! Quiet, extremely comfortable, cute details, and a great deal! The breakfast & linner exceeded expectations for choice and food quality..we didn’t have to spend any extra money on dining while there. The staff was lovely. Special shout out to the front desk for giving us an incredible hiking tour recommendation. The spa is beautiful and we loved the sauna & pool facilities.

Fantastic food, staff, and facilities. The spa was relaxing and the gym had everything I needed for a quick work out. Linner was unforgettable. We had a great stay.

Note, as with most of Europe, smoking is allowed on balconies, meaning that if you leave your balcony door open, you may get smoke from others.
