Beautiful location. Lots of amenities. Free parking. 24 hour desk service if you’re on the road. Friendly and accommodating staff. Plenty of breakfast options. Overall it’s a large complex with enough capacity to service guests of varying requirements. Highly recommended.

It was a short stay while I was in transit. Wish I could have stayed longer to explore the area.

The playing area for children is great. Comfortable room. Mostly polite staff, good location.

Lack of information in the room about the facilities and on-premises restaurants.Fridge not working in the room.The hectic and very confusing dinner at the restaurant: first they let us enter the restaurant, then sent us out saying they need to prepare a table and asking why we did not make a reservation. I felt the waiter pushed us into ordering fast and something we partially did not want, while the menu fully lacked prices and clarity what costs how much. The bill at the end shocked me, especially asking for nearly 30 Euro for the children's buffet, the price not noted on any menus (for food that a toddler consumed). For me this made it feel the dinner is designed with people in mind, who either have it included in their room plan or have so much money they do not care what it may actually cost.

The location is superb, close to the lake, nice surroundings for some jogging exercises. Spa facilities very nice, especially the ones build into the lake!

The breakfast was not meeting expectations, the cake was possibly some days old, the overall offering is not up to the standards of this category.

Room smelled bad, parking not available due to marathon, they were not friendly wit our requests, they did not care to change or provide sufficient reimbursement and we are still in dispute w them

Room was excellent. Room kettle much appreciated. Lakeside Badehaus restaurant had excellent food and service. Hotel location excellent - on lake, near shops and local cafes. Good leisure facilities. Inside and outside pools and lake swimming. Staff friendly and helpful. 24 hour main reception cover. Several different bar locations.

Main restaurant was rather canteen-like and impersonal. 2 coffee machines for all guests with below-quality (luke warm) coffee but pot of coffee provided on request. Food good and good choice.

The staff was super nice and friendly, the beach is superb and the food is exceptional.

A lake view room would be better than watching the parking lot from thr balcony.

The grass area by the lake was perfect! Sun, beautiful clear lake, spectacular view of the mountains, peaceful and relaxing. The room was super clean, had a great view of the lake and mountains.

While there were many options at breakfast, there weren't so many options for vegans.

The location is great! Right at the lake shore, quiet area with good parking options. Breakfast served in a huge open space with glass walls with a perfect view of the lake! Everything super clean.

The property itself - I can only talk in positives. The small minus is that if you arrive around 9 pm, you can forget about eating at the lake shore with a view. We did find a very nice restaurant nearby though (walking distance)

Staff ...and the food at Dinner time...kaiserschmarren und Strawberry Rhababer Fizz in the boats house was wonderful..attentive staff there.In the panorama restaurant staff were aloof...food was mediocer for such a hotel..lamm keule was like cheap stewing steak ..overcooked in some steamer or? really not up to standard... need a new cook.Breaksfast staff chatting together and unattentive ..all self service and not freindly although the buffet left nothing to be desired . No greeting ..and certainly at check out nothing much said..no have a nice day ,thankyou for your stay here..nothing !!!!!!

We had a delightful stay. The room was roomy and comfortable, offering stunning views. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist us. Additionally, the food was superb and truly satisfying.

One aspect we found disappointing was the cost of charging an EV car. There is a 15 EUR fee just for using the garage, plus an additional 0.8 EUR per kilowatt. This seems excessive compared to the many other hotels we visit each year, where EV charging is much more reasonably priced.

The hotel and grounds were in a very nice location on the lake. The spa was the best part. The boathouse restaurant was pretty good too. Staff were very kind, Mainly German spoken with some English depending on members of staff that were able to help me fill in my broken underused high school German.

The rooms had been modernised, however the bathrooms had been left out so did not match the modern room, looking very old and dated, very dirty tile grout looks like it had not had a deep clean in years. Over the bath shower. The breakfast was good, but given assigned seats in the restaurant so not able to get a nice view. I found frustrating and was told off by a member of staff when we did try to sit down somewhere else. TV broken, Lots of flies and bugs coming out of the A/C unit, tried to complain to the staff at the desk, however I think it got lost in translation as the staff took no action to the complaint or offer to swap rooms.In the end, it just did not offer good value for money which was a shame.

The room wasn't very good cleaned, the walls had dust webs in the corners. We had one dirty towel.

Excellent location with amazing view of the lake, very modern, spacious and comfortable room with all amenities. Would love to go back.

Didn't like the fact that restaurant was closing so early, but I suppose this is the price you pay for visiting off season!!! Not much of a choice for dinner after 9.0pm in the city.

Spa was not managed very good, a bit small and very crowded
