View was incredible from our room overlooking the lake Sauna ,steam room and pool all great however on a Saturday they said the sauna didn't open until 2pm! Not great when the weather is cold and wet outside.No kettle ,tea/ coffee in the room No iron or ironing board Only one bottle of shampoo / shower gel fixed to the wall No hair conditioner,shower cap or mini toiletries had to ask reception for all these things which was met by a very rude female who acted like I was putting her out.Female manager was amazing and very understanding and quickly and politely listened to my concerns and fixed them ,wonderful lady

It is at a marvelous place, a peninsula into the lake, gardens, green everywhere. We liked the room, the view to the lake is enjoyable as well as the balcony with optional shutters we could control. Bed was comfortable, the whole room is good enough to have relax. Only thing was we never found the way of make the bath heating work, but it was a minor issue. Breakfast has broad selection of foods.

Staff we did not like too much. 2 cases: 1. breakfast place was pretty crowded when we arrived into it so we sat to a bigger table, where others were already sat, but they had no problem with it. The waiter later did not like we sat there, and wanted us to relocate to a smaller 2 person table just in the middle of the entrance, what we did not like. He was kinda rude. 2. reception was also rude to us, when on the morning of checkout we had the breakfast, but our room card did not work after we got back to our room and wanted to pack in for leaving. I asked the reception that we need another card, cos we had been locked out from the room too early. She said "No one locked you out" with a patronizing tone. Finally we got to our room and left, but that had a thorn into us.

The staff was excellent, and the lobby area was beautiful. Room was wonderful and comfortable. Breakfast was so amazing that I now order the tea that you served at breakfast because it was so wonderful. The bar tenders were amazing, and the breakfast staff were wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I have over 4,000 miles of cycling in Europe and have staying in over 150 hotels while cycling. Make your hotel more bike friendly. Charging 12 Euros per bike and storing them in a metal box is not bike friendly (you're the only hotel I have ever seen do this and it not convenient and it is off putting). Take a garage space or build a bike shed/garage that you give a code for access or a key. I don't have an electric bike, but some people do so you should have a charging station. I felt like if I did not use your bike box I had to leave my bike outside in the elements on a bike rack in front of the hotel. I was very upset, and the staff was nice enough to wave the fee on the bike box. The bike box is a very bad idea and not bike friendly.

As a solo traveler, I felt so welcomed and taken care of. The staff—honestly, next-level kindness! There’s even a guy who opens the main door for you… how cool is that? Everyone was incredibly warm and made me feel totally at ease.The hotel itself is beautiful, stylishly designed with several saunas and a big pool—perfect for unwinding. My room was lovely, with a view of the garden and even a glimpse of the lake. Super comfy bed, and the plush carpet? Definitely my highlight!

Clean, comfy room, big bathroom with a shower, fantastic food and amazing staff in the restaurant overlooking Worthersee. Staff is there to help you with all kinds of wishes. Kids enjoyed the huge garden with the playground and the walks on the promenade next to the lake. We will definitely be back.

Lovely place. Stunning view on the lake. Very kind and helpful staff. The real surprise was the dinner. Excellent food well prepared, tasty and with innovative presentations. The deconstructed strudel dessert was unforgettable.

Superb location on a peninsular on the lake with nice private access for swimming. More tranquil than one might expect at a big hotel. Nice pool and sauna area.

The hotel and property amazing, with awesome views, surroundings, settings. The staff and service were exceptionally, very polite and helpful. The cleanliness was perfect. The hotel should be 5 stars.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room although not a negative just a wish.

Breakfast is not worth it if you are a vegetarian or vegan. It was a cheese and meat heavy breakfast. The entire place has a tired look even after the renovation.

Benefits of this hotel are for 100% 1) location with the own beach2) view from the balcony ?3) great cusine

Disadvantages are:1) check in after 15:00 and check out before 10:00 5 hours split! ?2) weak air condition3) two separate matraces on the king size bed

Excellent Food, Staff, Service and Location

The surrounding park and hotel property were extremely well kept up and peaceful. My family and I enjoyed going for walks there and relaxing at the outdoor swim area or the indoor pool

Kind and helpful team, clean rooms, great view and comfortable accommodation.

The main course for dinner could be selected only from menu and not from buffet. The elevator door suddenly closes without safety features, which caused a minor arm injury

Amazing location, with beautiful gardens and very friendly service. Every room has view to the lake, which was wonderful!

Would have been great, if the opening hours of the wellness area (and services like massage) would have been longer. I was there for a yoga Festival and could unfortunately not use them because they closed relatively early.
