i felt the room was nice but not worth the price.

Beautiful location and lake side view, SUP was free to use, not the biggest breakfast selection, but still really nice.

No kitchen tools in the apartment at arrival

Classic decor, and well equipped room and facilities.

It was very quiet as we went out of season.

terrible service

I reserved and received confirmation for Superior Double Room. At the reception I received the keys to room 14, this is a standard Double room, the information is also listed on the hotel website. I returned to the reception and said that the photos did not correspond to the actual room that I had reserved. I was informed that this was a booking error and I should write a complaint to booking. The manager at the reception spoke very rudely, unprofessionally.... I asked to contact the hotel director but they also refused, he said that she was at a meeting and would call back, but unfortunately she did not call back. It’s very bad when clients are not respected, they provide false information... Initially they didn’t want to cancel the reservation either.... I had to leave the hotel and contact the company office by phone. and only then they called me back and said I could return to the hotel to leave the keys (but I didn’t check in) and my reservation would be canceled without penalty.

your website made no reference to the fact that, to our great and unwelcome surprise the hotel provided no meals other than breakfast, but the staff were very helpful.very old fashioned, very traditional furnishing. no reception area to greet us on arrival. we had to search for the staff

Everything from the saunas, indoor pool, deck chairs on the lake were great to utilise! There was even free stand up paddle board, boat with pedals which was fun. Breakfeast was the best buffet breakfeast i have had at a hotel, the staff were incredible chefs and very accomodating.

Aircon wasnt as cold as i would have liked and wifi was lagging speed.

Excellent Location directly at the lake and not far from Pörtschach center. Wonderful rooms if you like old-fashioned furniture and style. Friendly staff, good breakfast, additional services (e.g. Boat and 2 SUPs without additonal costs)

Very satisfactory. Lake was beatiful. Staff were very helpful and nice.

The decoration of the hotel is very tasteful. Besidesin every poşetine aspects, I found the hotel a litrelik bit sloopy.
