Lake's - My Lake Hotel

Location on lake and the dock were lovely

Hotel was nice but services lack luster, cleanliness, amenities, and poor internet were quite apparent. Staff were friendly but there is only so much they can do. If ownership put greater budget into maintenance, and facilities it could be a top tier.

The room is very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The hotel's location is excellent, as it is near the lake. You can easily stay there for an extended period.

The breakfast was completely disappointing. There was a very limited selection, and they didn’t replenish the items regularly. There were no eggs or other sources of protein available, which was especially inconvenient for vegetarians. Additionally, the hot beverage machine was broken. In the bathroom, there was no body wash or shampoo, and since the reception closed after 6 PM, it wasn’t possible to request any. The flush button on the toilet was sticking, and the faucet was too large for the sink.

hello everyone we rested here with my wife and little daughter at the end of October. we really liked everything, from the time we were greeted (outside reception hours) to being able to easily access our apartments. our room was very spacious and clean, and the daily breakfast in bed is something unsurpassed, with a glass of prosecco the morning started perfectly)) since it was already the end of the tourist season, there were not many people and one night we were completely alone in the whole hotel, and the gym and spa area worked just for us. Thank you very much to the staff for such a warm welcome, we will definitely come again. I recommend everyone to visit.

The room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the lake. The breakfast was basic but sufficient, even with some gluten free options. The location was excellent, just by the lake, close to the main street, quiet. In 20min travel time you can get to many great sights and places.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff was very friendly. The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel was better than expected.

the room had quite a bit of damage to the curtains, sofa and the laminate floor in the bedroom was liftedas we have dogs who would never do anything like this damage we were worried we might be blamed..and at the price the rooms need to be perfect.

The reception close at night! I arrived at 10 and My reservation was with sofa bed , my suit didn’t have sofa bed. Couldn’t do a thing. They did bring another bed in the following day.No one help with luggage.The breakfast is ok not a 5 starDoes not worth the value paid.

Very good accommodation, fantastic restaurant-we had lunch, dinner & breakfast, and most importantly the staff. The property manager Herr Thomas Klinkan,, is an exceptional manager who understands service to the clients. The location is one of the best on the lake.
