Although the hotel was full, it never seemed crowded and we never had to wait. The staff was incredibly attentive. After we registered we were always addressed by name. It's hard to understand how they could do this! The indoor/outdoor pool was great.

Beautiful spa resort hotel. It felt like a hidden gem. The pride of ownership is so evident. Every part of the hotel has a creative charm to it. The grounds surrounding the pool were immaculate. The food was always a treat.

The spa area was incredible. They have three different saunas, steam rooms and infrared saunas! All facilities are very well maintained and tastefully designed. We particularly enjoyed the sauna with a view over the mountains!The hotel also offers a great bike rental service, which we made use of. It is very reasonably priced and the bikes are brand new.The breakfast was also very nice, with many healthy options. The offer lots of breads, mueslis, fresh eggs, pancakes etc. You can also get your own fresh orange juice straight from the machine!

The hotel is hard to reach if you are not travelling by car. We had to walk up a very steep hill because the bus that was supposed to go up, rarely travels. The hotel is also relatively far away from the lake, so you cannot just walk down for a swim, you need to bike or have a car.All guests need to choose from four dinner options and submit them in the morning. We did not appreciate that too much as that meant a lack of flexibility. While the reception said we could also come to the restaurant spontaneously, the restaurant staff frowned upon that. The food was mediocre and the four choices were not always very nice. One night, the only option with a protein was "Asian" noodles with beef. We wanted to eat some protein and ordered it but they were very bland and the food was not even properly hot. It tasted like microwave noodles.It would be nicer to have a restaurant with a normal al a carte menu and offer more options from the local cuisine.

Room lights could be stronger and maybe a little bit enhanced wine list. However, complain on very high level.

Amazing place with fantastic wellness area. The saunas are very good.Also the food is very nice, staff absolutely amazing and the room super clean and comfortable.

Hard to get if you‘re not coming by car. Public transportation is very limited, buses coming 4 times/day. I had to take a bus to the stop 1 km away from the hotel and walk uphill all the time which was super intense (having the suitcase as well).

Beautiful, stylish, comfortable, and very clean hotel in an amazing and convenient location. The restaurant is fantastic and it is serving the best quality food. The 5 course dinner is a 5 star restaurant level in taste and presentation. Bus stop outside the hotel, walking distance to Jennerbbahn and Konnigsee (about 30 minutes). Lovely grounds with a lot of greenery and a swimming pool. Super friendly staff at the reception and restaurant.

Staff were superb, fantastic setting, really good facilities. Little things like the staff remembering your drinks orders from the previous day. Can’t wait to go back!

Not a lot really. As I didn’t have a car, the hotel is served by bus from the local train station but this operates fairly infrequently so that’s something to bear in mind.

The property is beautiful! I traveled by train to Berchtesgaden and took a taxi from the station to the hotel. It was a wonderful stay as a solo traveler. The pools and saunas are so nice and the food is also delicious. Beautiful landscape and views of the mountains. I thought the price was very reasonable with all of the available amenities. I wish I could have stayed longer!

This establishment should have an extra star! Exceptional in every detail and effort. The food, views, service, and hospitality are top class.The wellness offering is unbelievable and unlike anything I have experienced. JUST Wonderful!

Beautiful surroundings lots of amenities to relax

No help in reception late at night, navigating the sauna/spa section was hard because the letters in German where hard to read

Everything was beyond expectations from the staff, to the dining, to the relaxation treatments, and to top it off, the scenery was breathtakingly perfect. I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great location, quiet and comfortable with wonderful staff

The facilities and staff are wonderful. The staff is helpful, and patient with you especially if your German is non existant. The facilities are clean and kept up very well. Nice sauna options and good sizes. The breakfast is amazing, with options for everyone. The furniture and design is nice and modern in some places and homie and traditional in others. It sounds like it clashes but they blended it well. The views all around are great. From the pool area, it looks like you're looking off a cliff from your lounge chair hot tub and 2 of the saunas have nice windows to enjoy the view. It's a great place for a couple to come and relax but a family can enjoy it as well. I came by myself and the staff treated me very well. If you want a nice stay and a relaxing hotel after a long day of hiking/outdoor activities this place is the place to be.

Needs some beef options for the sandwich and omelets.

This was the best stay on our entire trip. The food is absolutely excellent. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff and service was top rate. I will absolutely stay here again. My husband and I are now huge fans of this property.
