Great location, friendly staff, big and clean rooms, breakfast is good

The mattress makes noise when you turn over

Location was perfect. On site parking is a plus. Staff was fairly gracious about our late arrival.

The fridge in the room did not get cold, even after being on for 3 days. Would've been great if that worked.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They asked if we needed anything and also offered to help. The location is amazing: the lift, the lake, and some local shops and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away.

It was cold in the apartment and the heating didn't functioned properly. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. No elevator! Who has issues with lifting your luggage take it in consideration. Water leakage from the shower cabin.

The hotel was very near the cruise port and restaurants. The views from the room and the hotel are simply breathtaking. The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. The room is large and very comfortable to stay in.

It was in a busy crowded location right by the bus parking lot, not very peaceful, no elevators

Location is very good for all the things you can do in Konigssee.

Hotel did a lot of work but little changed from our first stay. Check in is still a bit weird. Girl at the desk cannot speak English.

The breakfast was excellent.

The front desk lady was new and had trouble communicating in English. But when we encountered problems, the owner came to help solve them.

Mountainviews, with giant windows and balcony, giving an old world vibe. The room was definitely larger than most with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Didn't realize the walk right next to the hotel had little shops and stands as well as a wooden bridge crossing near as well.
