The restaurant was only open certain hours.

Breakfast consisted of a wide selection. The rooms were comfortable and spacious.

We did not have hot water for a shower after 10pm on our first night there. There was no staff working the front desk at that time as they are only staffed a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the evening. The front desk staff also doesn’t speak English. The WiFi cuts in and out constantly.

Very convenient location to visit Königssee. Spacious, clean room. Big balcony although facing the parking lot. Free parking. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

Room, view, staff were wonderful. Breakfast was exceptional, the only hotel in 2 weeks that offered eggs for breakfast in the included breakfast.

Room was dated and expensive. Staff recommended not to use the buses and instead drive and park at Königssee, due to a discount being available with our guest cards, but this is not the case. We would recommend parking at the local bus stop and making use of the free bus.

The location is pretty far from the center, we need to take the car. Wellness was not working and the staff did not really speak in English

The breakfast was nice and the hotel is close enough to walk to the lake. The area around the hotel is quiet and the staff was friendly.

The rooms were old and not very well maintained. For example, both rooms had very small bathrooms and issues with the shower. For the price per room, I would have certainly expected more.

Location is 20 min by walk from the lake (or 5 min by bus) in very beautiful quite area. Room was as on photo, comfortable and clean. There was a kettle in room. They have a sauna, but it should be booked in advance.

All the staff were friendly and polite. Breakfasts are lovely with lots of choice and the views are amazing!The location was perfect for me as I was able to hike straight from the hotel. Evening meals are good value and very tasty.

We really liked the hotel. It is isolated, so it is very quiet there. Magnificent stars at night. The building is old and charming. The rooms are quite spacious. Good breakfasts.

Excellent breakfast. Dinner at restaurant also very good. Nice view from the balcony, though the weather wasn't great.

Could have been cleaner. There was a dead bug on the wall and some kind of oil on my beside table.

Breakfast has a lot of deli selections and coffee machine can make a lot of different stuff. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good value compared to surrounding hotels.

The building itself is quite aged. It's a walk to the nearest bus station when you have luggage. Rooms are small and not noise proof.

Needs a bit of maintenance

Small shampoo packets delivered, and only two. Additionally the floor in the room was very creaky - loud. We can hear the neighbors passing quite easily
