No safe in the room. Decor a bit too oriental for a place in Tegernsee.

We got a room upgrade, so we were already off to a great start! The staff was also amazing and super efficient. The wellness area is great and super relaxing. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The location is also great, just a short walk from the lake and close to good restaurants. Breakfast was also delicious! Overall an amazing experience, truly exceeded our expectations.

One of the swimming pools was closed, and the other one was quite cold, which made it unusable for us. This was a pity. One of the saunas was also closed, which was unfortunate. Wi-fi does not work well. For us, this was a good reason to disconnect, but it might be an issue for others.

Beautiful place! Unfortunately we stayed only 1 night and during winter, hence didnt have much chance to enjoy the facilities and environment.Breakfast was delicious.

It turns out, there was a wedding held in the hotel (which other non- attendees weren’t informed in advance) with a very loud dj party IN THE HOTEL (spa area) from 2-5am even though not everyone in the hotel was a wedding guest, and what is even worse, the hotel staff didn’t see any problem in that and they didn’t react at all. We couldn’t sleep at all, and what is the worst is that the staff didn’t even offer an apology the next day. Also, the wedding crew set off a fire alarm around 4am, and it took two phone calls for the hotel stuff to send someone to check it and to turn it off. Also, no apologies.The other thing, even though it explicitly says on the web page that the whole hotel area is smoking free, a lot of guests are smoking on their balconies and terraces, and the smoke goes directly in your room as well. So if you mind the smoke, and we do, you can’t have your windows and balcony doors open, or spend your day on your balcony because it stinks and you inhale someone elses nicotine.

Location, garden, staff and breakfast all great

The bed…mattress in our deluxe king room was more queen size and uncomfortable thin foam which moved with every turn. Evidently there are rooms with box spring beds on the property but it wasn’t possible to move us. Fitful sleep for six nights not the ideal vacation!

The property has open grounds that are very well kept and relaxing. The staff are pleasant and the rooms are big. Ckean and comfortable

The decor is from the late 80s but is kept very clean

1) it’s so quiet that you can hear a needle drop2) It has most comfortable bed and I had the best night of sleep on the trip3) Very friendly staff. We used Google translate and figured out everything 4) Very nice and clean.

Breakfast choice was very good, service at breakfast very friendly and attentive, coffee orders (latte macchiato) possible,Rooms were clean and big enough, though the furniture is rather out of date.

There is a big garden with garden furniture of all kinds to relax and read: unfortunately, on the first sunny day (after 3 days of constant rainfall) the lawnmower was working from 7.45 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon, which made it impossible to relax and read and enjoy the lovely weather.Also very noisy due to ongoing construction next door.

Very good location, friendly staff, great room (apartment) and breakfast. Pricing at the higher end but worth it.

The location was great. The hotel itaelf is beautiful. Our room was great. Although the kitchen didn't go with the beauty of the room. lady in rhe reception was great, lovely aand warm.

The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful!! The hotel was a short distance to the lake and into town. The room and the bathroom were very nice and spacious.

There was a rooster in the neighborhood that was up very early!! (Not the hotels fault, but annoying)

The cleaning guy went into our room without knocking and when telling him that it was not ok, he was very rude and unpleasant.
