Pros +
- The room and bed were incredibly comfortable, the spa was amazing, and the staff were excellent. Easy garage parking, and great bathroom lighting, which, as a woman, I truly appreciate.
- Nice SPA, really good breakfast, nature and animals around the hotel. All recommendations
- Very modern but traditional at the same time. Lovely prior to Christmas. Extremely nice spa & helpful employees.
Cons -
- Wish the outdoor pool was bigger.
- While the reception & dinner personnel was very, very friendly, some of the breakfast colleagues appeared a bit rude and unmotivated to us (and other guests) at the buffet.
- Being at front of hotel was noisy when guests left in evening and disturbed by refuse truck early one morning.

Kind and helpful staff, clean and beautiful hotel, amazing and rich breakfast, beautiful view from the rooms and all around, peaceful area right near the lake
Greta place in terms of comfort, style, lux and staff. Amazing food, perfectly designed rooms for relax and holiday. Strongly recommended!
I would only advise one of the pillows on the bed to be harder.
Great hotel with amazing modern alpine design and wonderful spa area!
Swimmingpool could be a bit warmer, would be perfect if it was +32 grad.
