Staff was super helpful, as we had an extra ate arrival, still room keys were managed just as they promised as well as we had a room allocated which fit perfectly with late arrival (easy to find and access). Also all replies were patient and quick. Absolute super!

The only bad thing in the room, that windows has loose curtains only, no blinders, so no chance to sleep and relax in the morning when sun/light enter into the room.

The room is a bare necessity room, and the bed was comfortable , linens fresh, and the room was clean.

Parking was not the best. It is behind the hotel on a dirt road with no lighting and hard to park at night when everyone was back at the hotel.Upon checkout, we found that the hand soap that was on the sink in the bedroom was also the shampoo and body wash.

Location is quiet and beautiful. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. 10 min walk to the lake. Parking is available.

Lack of air conditioning (it was +30). Breakfast is not in the hotel building, but 10 min walk to another facility.

Clean bathroom, cozy room with disco ball, original design, clean towels every day. We could use the kettle in the staff kitchen after an agreement at the reception, which was great and very welcomed since the coffee dispenser was out of order at the moment. Beautiful nature sceneries, close to touristic Hallstatt, camp with great pizzeria nearby, free beach in walking distance with public wc and changing rooms as well.Very nice stay, recommended!

I would suggest getting insect screens for the room windows, they would enhance our stay to 110%! ?No other cons, all pros.

Bathroom smelt whole the time by smoking, honestly, it was ugly….probably it was from some other room, but….Disco ball with lights was just to much….

Nothing at all

First of all, the location is inconvenient. The reception desk is not in the same building as the actual place of residence. It is a 10-15 minute walk away. It is also very unfriendly for people dragging suitcases because the ground is gravel road. The customer service also had no sense of responsibility and did not give enough guidance and replies. I couldn't find the way to the reception and was very helpless. I finally got to the reception, but the staff was not there and I waited for a while for her to come back. The room was very hot. There were a lot of mosquitoes after opening the window. There were at least 100 of them. I had to spray my whole body with anti mosquitoes spray before I sleep. The quilt also smelled of smelly feet. The design of the bathroom was also uncomfortable. There was no place to put things. It was very poor. The experience was very uncomfortable!

The room is cozy and clean, the decoration in the room is interesting, wifi connection is strong and stable, located at a uphill of a mountain, so the neighbor is comfortable and quiet.

not very accessible if you travel by public transportation, the room is a bit small for 2 ppl to live together, the mattress is quite soft for me.

That the check in is so far away from the staying. There is no Shuttle service there if you come by public transport. We needed 44 min in the cold from the staying to the check in and back.

The location is good. The room is clean and new.

Clean and classy rooms

This is a side building for the main building, when you go there you learn that you have to go to the main building for check in

Practical place to stay. Clean and efficient setup with access to the main lodge next to the lake.

Three floors up with no lift. Parking was a little wild as it was further down a track and backed into a creek. Unmarked parking spots were a challenge for some guests that ended up blocking 3 spaces.

The room was clean and comfortable with a delightful view. The serene surroundings added to the overall enjoyment.

Please read the check-in guide as the check-in location differs from the room, and there is no escalator at the property too, which is not convenient for those with big luggage.

The view was amazing. Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Affordable yet a great experience. Free parking was a plus

These points didnt bother us in particular but just to keep in mind:- check in is in another place nearby - there will be some flies since its in nature

Really nice and quiet place next to the green grass with cows. View is beautiful, mostly in the morning when low clouds reach the top of the hills! Room was really clean and nice. It also had an extra disco ball as decoration and we loved that! Check-in process was easy and fast but there is no reception at this building, you have to go to the lakeside building of this hotel when checking in. Check-in instructions clearly states this so it is not a problem. You can leave your card in the room at checkout so you don't have to go down to the reception if everything is prepaid. Breakfast for extra 18 EUR is recommended in Das Franzl. Parking is free behind the building.

Walls a little too thin and all the noise from hallway or next rooms can be heard.

Very clean, modern with a lovely view from the window. The staff at the hotel reception and the restaurant was super friendly and pleasant. Would stay there again! Thank you for everything :)

The hotel is located on the outskirt of the town and is surrounded by nature, which we very much appreciated. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We also liked the fact that there was a free parking available.

Simple room but nice, clean and very comfortable all we needed for the one night we stayed
