The view from the room is stunning, and the breakfast is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful — they provide plenty of information about the surroundings and even show the current weather conditions at the top of Schafberg.

The room was quite warm, and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. Although we could open the balcony door for some fresh air, sleeping with it open wasn’t really an option in October.

A nice, spacious room with a balcony with perhaps the best view in town. Friendly staff, pretty good breakfast and overall good restaurant all day. Loved the heated floor :)

A bit expensive, especially with no facilities at all.

The location of the hotel is perfect at the center of wolfgangsee , the hotel staff are all kind and the neighborhood of the hotel is quiet, 100% would visit again.

for us it was the right choice, we received the top floor room overlooking Wolfgang see enjoying every single minute so much that we hardly went out for evening walk. Gregory and Olga were very friendly and informative to answer all our 'funny questions'. Excellent breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. perfect place to stay.

Location, facilities, the professional and friendly staff

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Peter. All the rooms face Lake Wolfgang. No bad views. The hotel sits above the restaurant, but we did not find there to be any inconvenience from noise. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel restaurant is excellent and is listed among the best in town. We had a reservation for our first night and it was delicious.We opted for the included breakfast, it was plentiful including continental options, eggs and cheese and meat. All the staff were very helpful. All in all, a perfect stay

Room is cozy and sweet, with wonderful lake view. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is great and is quite at night.

Nothing - it is exceptional!

Beautiful views from our room. Loved the fact all food and drink is sustainable and organic.

No lift to our attic room, which was fine, I had my husband carry the bags, but others may have found it difficult. This wasn't obvious at the time of booking.

Charming hotel in a perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the lake (the view is unbeatable). Excellent restaurant and delicious breakfast. The town and lake offer a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere.Highly recommended!

The room was lovely, the view outstanding, and location was great. The breakfast was substantial and the hostess was very accommodating with a dining reservation on a busy day.

We've been fortunate to travel much of Europe, and the lake/mountain view from our Superior Suite was among the best we've ever had. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, spacious (we had a full walk-in closet), thoughtfully yet modestly appointed and nicely laid out - it's always a bonus to have an enclosed toilet separate from the sinks and shower area. It was also an excellent value. I can't think of anyplace else we've stayed with this combination of "pros" for such a reasonable price.
