    Pros +

    • The room was spacious and it has terrace to a wonderful view. The hotel staff are friendly and respond very quickly. The breakfast is very rich and very tasty. The restaurant in serves delicious and rich menu at reasonable prices.
    • Room was wonderful, as was the location, and breakfast, and the view. Staff was great too. Family owned hotel with wonderful rooms and service.
    • The room/suite was fantastic - so much space and a lovely bathroom and balcony. The resident downstairs was huge, obviously serving many in the local area. Good Austrian dishes. Breakfast was unimaginative.

    Cons -

    • I would expect the hotel to provide coffee maker or at least a kettle for making tea in the room.
    • Nothing really. Everything was great!
    • It was noisy from the guests outside eating in the hotel’s outdoor restaurant below, even with the balcony door shut. And lots of cigarette smoke. In general the hotel itself, due to the size of the obviously much-loved restaurant, felt rather impersonal. The waiting staff were friendly and doing their best on a very busy night.

The room was large, spotlessly clean, and had a very large balcony. The bed was large and very comfortable, and we felt completely refreshed in the morning. The bathroom was lovely - large and nicely decorated.

We did not like the fact that there were no toiletries provided in the bathroom aside from hand soap (no shampoo or shower gel), so we had to purchase our own from the nearest town. Location-wise, the hotel is a bit tricky to get to without a car, and it's a 15-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special, plus the meats and cheeses were left uncovered. While it was a decent place to stay, we found it a bit too expensive for what was provided (then again, the whole resort is overpriced, and this was by far the best cost-quality option we found for our dates).

Very good breakfast.Central location for tour in the lake and Salzburg area with a car.Very clean and quiet

We had a beautiful room with awesome view from the balcony. Bathroom was beautiful and room was large. Dinner was nice with very friendly service. Breakfast and dinner can be enjoyed in the garden in case of nice weather. The location is beautiful in a quiet, very nice village, about 10 min walk down to the lake. We visited the very pretty town of St.Wolfgang by a quick boat ride across the lake. The hotel location is great for an active holiday like SUP, swimming, mountain biking, hiking. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The room was fantastic, huge with a sitting area and a great view. AND it was still heated or at least warm… :) Also the bike room, and the staff in general - superfriendly and extremely helpful.

Hard to find anything - fresh fruits for breakfast would have been nice

The hotel is located in a very beautiful and quiet village, but has easy access to bus and ferry. The room is very clean and has balcony. The room is very big with good ventilation and sunshine. The staff is very friendly and are glad to help you book activities. The restaurant offers delicious local food and it is also very affordable. This is also a family owned hotel and all the family members are very welcoming.

The breakfast was excellent. The bathroom very modern, clean. The staff is polite and very cooperative.

To get arrive was a little bit complicated, the GPS at the beginning did not indicate right the place.

Nice and quiet location in the woods. Walking distance to the lake (where there is no promenade area like in Sankt Wolfgang im Salzkammergut for example, but still nice for after-meal walks). Good breakfast. We also liked the restaurant in the evening - good food.Big room, big bathroom, comfortable bed + nice touch with the radio in the bathroom.Free parking on site; no problems finding a spot.

The pillows were a little bit soft for my taste, but not a big issue.

    10SuePosted on: 7-20-2022

Excellent food and service in restaurant. Lovely relaxed situation.

They could have made clear that there was a private beach nearby.

    10Michal66Posted on: 4-11-2022

Everything was fine, accommodation, super breakfast and dinner, of course location too. very friendly staff, I definitely recommend visiting this hotel

    10VeronikaPosted on: 3-22-2022

very friendly staff (also giving tips on activities to do around area), terrace and mountain view , breakfast (on request beforehand it would have been possible to ask for lactose free options), spacious room and balcony, parking lot (EV charging stations are being built)

no shampoo, soap or body lotion (but surely would have been possible upon request)

    10SimonePosted on: 11-21-2021

They are very friendly and helpful!Very nice breakfast and garden?Amazing views, close to the lake.

    Nothing!

    9CaraPosted on: 9-7-2021

The rooms are comfortable. Comfortable beds. Staff Was super friendly besides it being high season and there is Lack of staff everywhere.Food was good. The radio on bathroom is fjn. And also absolutely recommendable is their apot at the like for a swim.

Nothing to complain about really. Perhaps only that vaccuming at 8.00 am may still be sleeping time for some.
