Breakfast and gastro service was excellent, reception extraordinary. Very good advices to find late night dinner possibilities in the neighborhood. Late check-out without problem. Beautiful, well made room design! I love to come back!

It’s a beautiful hotel with a friendly staff, room was exceptionally clean and spacious.

The only thing I wasn’t too comfortable with was the toilet and lack of privacy.

Staff was friendly and apart from the wasps the breakfast was nice. The room interior was nice and all was clean.

There was no temp control, no airco. No fridge in the room or any other items like coffee or thee. There was a construction side ride next to it, so this was the view.

Most friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, modern bar, delicious breakfast with good coffee! Well behaved dogs very welcome at extra fee. Good starting point for hiking, good restaurants and nice shops in the neighbourhood.We'll definitely be back!

The all-glass bathroom was OK for a single travellers but I would have been a little concerned with the family.A bit more privacy would be better.

Beautiful area, accessible to many black forest attractions and the staff was very friendly and kind

The room looks a bit different than what we've seen in the pictures, felt a bit dated but overall it was very comfortable

The staff were excellent, exceptionally helpful, and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The room was very good, clean, and larger than we anticipated. The bed was comfortable and the linen was of a very high standard. Breakfast was a very fresh buffet with a good level of choice.

We should have stayed longer!

Basically everything ,, the staff is amazing big thanks to Iris and Sarah they were very nice people and very welcoming :) the hotel itself is modern and and clean. Definitely coming back :)

The breakfast buffet was very good with an excellent choice of teas, coffees, freshly baked bread and cheeses/meats etc. Even some fresh cut vegetables like peppers and tomatoes, which you usually only get in scandinavian hotels.

The wall between the bedroom and bathroom was entirely made of glass, with no possibility of drawing a blind or otherwise obscure the view. Travelling with a teenage child made this extremely awkward and one of us had to leave the room for the other to use the bathroom/toilet. There was no mention of this at the time of booking and I shudder to think of colleagues or friends deciding to share a room only to find out about this on arrival! This is really not OK on any level to not be able to have some privacy in the bathroom/toilet.Also, we were a group of 7 scheduled to arrive late-ish in the evening and we were counting on the restaurant being open for some quick and simple food before bed. On arrival we were told the kitchen was closed and the lady also didn't have any good local suggestions for where to get some food. I think it might be assumed that guests want/need to eat, and a quick email to say sorry the kitchen will be closed would have been much appreciated.

Very friendly staff that was flexible and willing to help with additional challenges that where not related to the hotel.
