Perfect Price/Performance ratio according to me. Very friendly receptionist (recommended us to a lovely restaurant nearby), clean rooms, good parking and our little dog was welcome as well

A nice small hotel on the edge of Vosges with a lovely slightly rustic feel. Very homey and comfortable. Great location for hikers, of whom there were a number staying. Good parking, and an easy walk to lovely downtown Wissemburg, a small town with plentiful restaurants and lots of character.

Though this was not clear on the booking.com page, breakfast was not included, and was a little expensive for what was available. If they are charging extra for this, they could stand to up their game a bit.

Really warm welcome, the staff at reception and in the breakfast room were really friendly. For the money that you pay (and it really is good value), the rooms are more than ok, especially with aircon. The breakfast was good, and great value and there is free parking on site. Whilst there is no bar or restaurant in the hotel, it does not matter - a few minutes walk away are some lovely bars and restaurants in the little town. This is a very good value modest hotel, with great staff.

An excellent location with excellent parking facilities. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Only a short walk into the town centre to find our evening meal.

Shower over the bath with no grab rail is a bit tricky for elderly people.

Everything and especially the bath!! Breakfast was good too!!

A little expensive for a lone traveller but location was superb.

It has unsecured parking.Bedding and towels were clean.

Only stayed one night. There was cob webs in the corners of the room. The shower just spurted water out everywhere.The hotel was closed between 11am to 3pm, which I found odd.We asked if they could call us a taxi as we were going to a show, which they refused to do. Seemed that there was a party going in somewhere with shouting etc going in till the early hours.

Friendly staff, efficient service. Comfortable, clean and well-equipped room and bathroom. Plenty of bike storage in the locked garage. Good location, just a few minutes' walk from the city centre.

Friendly staff. Rooms as you would expect from a two star facility....no frills but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.....not a great deal of choice but ok.

Green light from wall heater shone directly onto pillows at night....as a light sleeper who is light sensitive, this affected my ability to sleep.

Small room, but everything available.

Breakfast was good and service very attentive, room was clean and parking was available. The hotel is very near from the village center. Village is very nice with a lot of 'cachet' and we found a nice walk along the small river.

The rooms are extremely narrow, beds are to short and to small. Our room was with a sloping roof, what made it even smaller - at 11m2 this gets the room extremely tight.Also very sad, that the small room besides the entry and the breakfast room are closed during the night, so there is not even any place you could sit and read a book when getting up early.

The hotel was a convenient short walk from the old town with good restaurants. The breakfast was very standard but acceptable - all very similar to am Ibis experience. Ample parking, though it would have been useful to have had a garage for my Motorbike.

Everything could have been a bit better, but nothing was a problem - a fair price for a fair hotel.

The hotel looks like a 3 star - impeccable and clean, very practical and functional and lots of parking space as well with a cute reception area.

The staff speaks English, super friendly, near to the touristic spots and good price

Everything is good except the Internet is slow, not possible to watch YouTube at all and voice calls on Internet is poor

Wifi needed a password which was printed out and impossible to read/connect. Room small.

The location is very good, very near the train station. The room was good. We could stay with our small dog, which was a plus.

Although very functional, the place isn't too stylish, if you're looking for a quaint Alsatian hotel.

Wow pleasent suprise! Very friendly! Clean everywhere! Smells fantastic! You can tell the owners actually taking great care of this place! We love to come back!
