Location, Riva restaurant, free parking.

Very small room.

It is a very nice hotel, I love the garden. The gym is well equipped, the pool temperature is ideal, and the saunas are clean and spacious. The staff were very responsive and helpful. I had a great time there.

Gorgeous and attractive hotel. Best breakfast ever. Great fitness room. Has a little outside area that is comfortable and lovely.

We spent our wedding night here. It’s a beautiful hotel right in the Center. The staff were super nice. The room was comfy and pretty with a good view.

The breakfast was alright although the bread options could have a better quality especially for the high price.

Clean, new design, friendly staff at the reception and well located

The service at breakfast. When we arrived was rush hour and many tables were empty but not cleaned. No one received us so we just looked for a table ourselves. We had to ask to clean one and after cleaning they never came back with the silverware so we have to ask again. To order coffee it was the same. Too little coordination and customer orientation for a hotel like this.

The personnel was very professional, kind, and helpful. Everything was very clean and quiet.

The bed was a but too old. The spa facilities were quite limited.

The room was very modern and comfortable. The staff were great; very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good, but not worth the price. The advertised "Spa" with massage never had anyone available to give a massage.

The location was excellent.

The breakfast price was too expensive, over 30 Euros per person. Our other hotels included breakfast in the cost of the room and their breakfasts were equal or better than this hotel. I would not elect this hotel again for this reason.

outstanding cleaning staff and good location.

They advertise as a “spa”, but need to be more specific. They don’t offer any massages, facial etc. There was a card in the room, but no one seemed to know anything about it. seemed like false advertising.

everything was clean and the staff friendly.

rooms where quite small considering the price for a night excl. breakfast. relaxation area was a bit too small for the amount of guests visiting the spa area.

Perfect location. Staff so helpful and friendly. RIVA restaurant was excellent! Outstanding breakfast.

The Wifi did not work in the hotel. The fitness room was not prepared. The machines were not on (8.30am) and there was no staff around.

v comfy. modern hotel on the weinstrasse. well appointed rooms with everything working.

The room was just great, we had a small sitting room us an extra bedroom. Very nice. Beds very comfortable and the bathroom beautiful. The area and Deidesheim are just lovely. Excellent food and service

I thought we could do more in the spa, but never were able to sign up for any treatments as there was no one there. The pandemic has just made everything so difficult.

The hotel car park has a very limited number of parking spaces. It was surprising for us that a hotel room in a region famous for great wine was missing wine glasses.
