- Nice room, exelent location. Good breakfast with nice and friendly staff. Restaurant L A Jordan was fantastic. Pet friendly hotel with nice 'beds' for our dogs.
Cons -
- The building is beautifully renovated and the staff warm and welcoming. They made us feel right at home.
- Parking was a bit far away.
- The parking was difficult to find. The curtains were horrific. Nice looking but takes ages to close/open. Nobody wants to spend 1 minute per window before going to bed. Not userfriendly

Nice big room and good breakfast

Location. Style comfort facilities …specifically the coffee tea and drinks in the room and the use of bikes.
Attitude of restaurant staff who refused to serve us a glass of wine outside in the courtyard in the evening.
Breakfast was good

love the suite we stay in with the kids, loved the location! the staff was amazingly friendly and the room was gorgeous.
maybe on thing to improve would be not to go out for food!
This hotel is an absolute gem! The decor is beautiful; understated, modern yet classic. The staff is so kind and helpful, and truly made us feel special. Breakfast was wonderful and included. Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay and can't wait to go back!
Nothing...everything was great!
Superb meal in restaurant.
Initial rooms offered in an annexe down the road! And 3 flights of stairs! Disappointing and Not at all suitable for my guests who are less able. Eventually they were offered a ground floor room in main hotel
