Pros +
- A nice modern hotel. Good location.
- The facilities, the cleaness, the breakfast. All good!
- Very friendly staff and welcoming to us and our dog. I asked for a quiet room and it was indeed. Everything clean and comfy. The bar downstairs is quite nice as well. Checking in and out is very streamlined.
Cons -
- Our room felt claustrophobic due to looking into another building right next to our room.
- The room in general and especially the bed was tiny. “King room” was booked.
- not having a fridge in the room.

the corner room was very spacious and the location of the hotel was excellent. Also great value for money.
not having a fridge in the room.
Loved the location and the room was very clean and beds super comfy. The house keeping staff were fabulous.
We were extremely disappointed with the breakfast. Would’ve been ok if they atleast had an option of eggs cooked to order. For 17 euros I thought the breakfast was substandard. No kettles in the room and the bottle of body wash just resting on the shower was a pain. No onsite restaurant was another thing that comes to mind. Small things really, but it’s what made our stay not as perfect. I’m
The style and location and the views
No coffee making facilities and no beer!
Location is great and service is excellent. Rooms are clean and modern.
It sounds strange but the elevator was really loud. I have stayed there before and not noticed the noise. Perhaps it was just the room and I am I light sleeper but it was very disturbing. I could hear it go up and down all night.
Great location, walkable to restaurants and local attractions. Warm welcome on arrival and great sandwiches in the bar.
Helpful staff, very well located
Bit of a walk from the station but that's not the hotel's fault
Fantastic hotel situated right in the city, room was really comfortable and sound proof didn’t hear a thing throughout my stay. Staff was super friendly Would highly recommend for a short stay in wurzburg
Great location in the centre of town in historical area. The hotel lounge was exceptionally comfortable and trendy. We absolutely loved it. Breakfast was a very good continental style variety. The rooms were lovely and comfy with all facilities. Price was very good on a Sunday night I think they do special deals
Nothing not to like.
Great location. Good places nearby for breakfast (price in the hotel was too high we thought). Interaction with staff all good.
Not enough space to put unpacking (we stayed 3 nights) - and shelves VERY high.
Great breakfast with gluten free options. Close to city center and the main sights. Comfy beds. Nice and clean.
The hotel resides in the renovated former main post office directly behind the cathedral. Check-in and check-out were uncomplicated. We had two fairly small, very soundproof rooms with relatively spacious bathrooms. The lobby is very stylish. Everything was clean.
There was no wardrobe in the room. We decided to have breakfast elsewhere in town as the lobby (where the breakfast is served) was quite crowded (we were warned by staff beforehand). I found the room rate (approx. 200 EUR/night) too high for what was offered but this was maybe due to some special occasion as it normally seems to be lower.
location is great. The ground space is l-good looking and attractive until the crowds are overpowering
The rooms are too small . The hotel is vast with a large number of rooms. As a result as staying in the room is somewhat claustrophobic every customer comes down and overcrowd the receptions rooms. Breakfast at 9 on a Sunday is a mess. Huge queues at the reception to checkin. When i said to the lady in charge that she ought to be exhausted, I was told that in normal time the queue is much longer and that I was lucky. No car park which I understand is denied by the town.
Good welcome at reception. Bed was comfortable. Very central location.
Very rude bar staff and confusing feedback about availability of products / drinks. Off hand attitude by a member of staff at reception - no water provided in the rooms. We had to pay €6 for a bottle of water at the bar. I accommodated 10 people from my business for the weekend and got no special treatment whatsoever.
Centrally located, comfortable bed, clean room, comfortable lounge, very good breakfast.
Our standard room was a bit tight for two people and luggage, yet comfortable. The staff were always available and very professional.
We really liked the location and the lobby, which was a great place to spend time together.
Rooms are on the small side. Breakfast is expensive EUR 17 per person, but offers an excellent buffet selection.
Great location. Nice place to stay for 1-2 nights. Worth its money.
It's a motel, so no kitchen equipment, rooms are rather small. Exactly place to sleep and have a shower. We stayed there just one night, so there were no problems for us.
The hotel’s location is very convenient. The lobby is beautiful, with plenty of large, comfortable sofas where you can spend some time. The rooms are small but very cozy, and the bed is comfortable. Overall, the hotel is great, and this is already my second stay in One hotel.
It would be nice to have a bottle of water in the room, especially on hot summer days.
