Very helpful staff. Room was fine - clean, comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

This hotel was not close to the airport (about 20 miles away). There is no shuttle to the airport, and a Bolt (European version of Uber) was $50 eu EACH way (an Uber would have cost $75 eu). Find a hotel with an airport shuttle if you are flying out the next day. Transportation is VERY expensive in Frankfurt.

The spa was lovely. Parking was easy people were friendly.

look carefully at the photos rooms are smaller than indicated. We were upgraded and happy about that. The backyard area hasn’t been cared for in sometime and they were cigarette butts throughout

Well eqipped spa, well thought out and decorated bedroom, flexibility in providing breakfast pack for early start.

Lovely friendly people,couldn't fault the owners, very helpful. Immaculately clean hotel. Loved the steam rooms. Beautiful gardens really enjoyed having meal and drinks in outside area with tables under large umbrellas. A vast variety for breakfast, I definitely enjoyed .

The bar and restaurant are closed all Saturday and apart from 12-2 closed Sunday.so need a car, as nearest town to far to walk. Taxi expensive going back and forth.

The hotel was conveniently located near the main highway. The breakfast was excellent. All of the staff were friendly and everything was very clean. There was a ton of parking. It was very easy to get to the Frankfurt Airport and took about 20 minutes by car.

Great located for stop travelling from italy to NL. Good is great!

No aitconditioning. Rooms were extremely hot so window needs to be opened leading to too much noise for a good nigth sleep.

Excellent room once re allocated to an un occupied room

Arrived on a Sunday evening hoping for evening meal after 8 hr driving and was told restaurant was closed. This was particularly frustrating as I had made enquiries to about 5 x hotels through booking.com trying to get confirmations of restaurant opening from hotels over a week before planned visit. Monika replied after my visit and it was the one that clearly stated restaurant on the particulars

Friendly, helpful staff.

Unpleasant smell in the room. Shower as a dividing wall in the room. Very far From 4 stars. Cabin with guests lost objects in the hotel floor.

People at reception and serving breakfast were always very welcoming and friendly. Complete and very good quality breakfast. Free parking.Can't comment on the free wi-fi, sauna and restaurant as I did not take advantage of these services.

No air conditioning in the room which was a bit warm considering my stay was on 22 August.No room mini-bar but drinks/snacks were anyway available thanks to a dispenser (credit card only accepted) in the common area.

The Staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful, location to the airport was a massive selling point as it was 15minutes drive away, Decor was nice and loved that they made us a little food parcel for an early flight as we missed breakfast. restaurant was also nice, with large portions and great taste.

A personal annoyance of ours is ordering a double and having two single mattresses.

Everything was PERFECT - the room, cleaning, the staff etc.etc. The restaurant was fantastic, best dinner EVER in Germany.And NO noise in the room.

The location - very close to the motorway - but so much noise from the 2 roads (the hotel is situated in a triangel between the motorways) - hopefully the owner could start up a new hotel at another and better location - everything was PERFECT
